She made me feel as though I was in the wrong for even asking questions. She then said I should email her with my questions. I told her I was driving and asked her to email me so I would get the proper email address. She was rude again and said "what for?"I didn't receive any email from her. The clinic has a very bad attitude and people have every right to ask questions on their procedures and even what exact products are put into their faces. I was planning on spending a lot of money and planning on referring friends and family who also have money. if the receptionist can't bother to take the time to send me an email it's not a clinic I will put my face or money behind.. And would never refer to anyone.

When I called to book my appointment, I hit it off with Carol over the phone for a half an hour chatting about anything and everything so much that when I went to visit her and her team yesterday for the first time, I brought homemade baked treats, I've never done that for anybody ever before and she totally deserves it. I had an incredible, amazing, relaxing facial with Shannon who as everybody recognizes publicly, is just incredible, probably one of the best facials I've ever had. And just as important, ........unfortunately, I have no idea what is going on with my face, but I had four giant cysts and they were able to inject them yesterday with some high-tech, disappearing serum, I have no idea the medical terminology but wow did it work, it was urgent because today is my anniversary and I want to look cute for a very special dinner tonight and sure enough I woke up blemish free. To my delight, I was able to get simultaneous appointments for my little and I the same day I called. The salon is small but clean and has a nice atmosphere. Sharol, the owner, and Jax were our nail technicians. We arrived a few minutes before our appointments and we we were taken right in. Both ladies did a nice job with our services. Sharol and Jax were easy to talk to and offered good tips on activities and dining around Banff and Canmore. I prefer supporting small businesses and Body Concepts was everything I look for in a small business; friendliness and good customer service.
