This dental center is really the best out there! I've tried multiple dentists before I found one where I am comfortable. My husband came here first and loved it. The dentist himself was very kind, humorous, and also straight forward. We made a plan for the future of my teeth, and he was very transparent about pricing. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable. When I was having pain she offered a numbing agent. Her assistant was very kind too! Went there the first time and the staff was very friendly. The place is spacious, clean, and well furnished. There's a television screen both in front of your seat and on the ceiling so that you can watch your show as they work on your teeth. My husband and I have been going here for a couple of years now and we love it. We go here for our semi annual cleanings. The staff here are all professional, friendly, and extremely patient. They take the time to explain your current oral health and provide tips on what you can do to improve this. I also love that the cleaning process is not super messy. I was looking for a new dentist for myself and my husband and came across Smile 4 Texas. Their reviews were great. My first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable both by the friendly and competence of the staff and the lovely tech savvy office. They offered me a different type of guard for X-rays because of the discomfort the standard ones cause on my gums. In my 30 years of going to the dentist this is the first time that has ever been offered. I have sensitive teeth and gums and the offered a mouth wash to help with pain. Again that was the first time I have ever been offered that type of mouth wash. My husband has always had horrible experiences with dentists but not at Smile 4 Texas. The doctor was really thorough in explaining each step to me to ensure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I am going to start off by telling you that I absolutely hate the dentist. I recently went to another dental office in hopes of getting a tooth ache assessed and fixed. With dental anxiety, its not fun. The office did not help at all, so the issue lingered and I was told I needed a root canal. I seemed a second opinion and through a recommendation and yelp review, I came across Dr. Cho and Smile 4 Texas Dental Center. I came in for a second opinion and felt at ease the whole time. The simple dental exam that took the other office a lot of time to complete due to my anxiety, took a few minutes here because i FELT AT EASE! Seriously, I have not completed my root canal and am just waiting for my permanent crown to come in. Dr. Cho is super gentle, very understanding, and very patient. He has all the qualities to make you feel at ease if you feel any hesitation about the dentist. I hope you this honest review helps at least one other person that struggles with the dentist because If you do, you know that it is not a fun experience unless the office that you go to is very understanding, patient, and gentle. I highly recommend SMILE 4 Texas, to the fullest! I'm not much for reviews, but giving that my experience was very fast and almost pain free I had to review this guys. I had a horrible experience before with a root canal with another dentist, to the point I never went back. Hands the reason I'm here now. lol- I was sooo scared and freaked out of having another bad experience that my boyfriend had to come to the office with me, in case I needed to bail out. Hehe but to my surprise the dentist whose name I can't remember but only because I had the most horrific pain when I showed up to the dentist, that literally nothing stuck in my mind. Anyway he was extremely polite, he explained everything that was happening and what I was to expect. Kept telling me to let him know if I felt pain and he would take care of it. And he did. I wanna say that I'm very happy with smile 4 Texas and I'll be returning to them to get my smile back in shape. I went in with pain that made me think of suicide, I kid you not! That's how bad it was, but I left without pain, and on top of that he prescribed the perfect combination of meds that I'm enjoying right this moment as I'm typing this review. Lets just start by saying I HATE going to the dentist and I get so nervous I squirm and panic so I usually just close my eyes. Dr Phan was very understanding and patient with my nerves. I've had quite a few things done and it was always as good as a dental experience can get. I do still have a tooth that's bothering me that he's tried to fix but that tooth is overly sensitive, yet he's never annoyed or bothered.
