I hate going to the dentist! Knowing that I would never make an appointment for myself, my boyfriend made one for me and dragged me here. Surprisingly, my visit was actually fun. The facility is so nice inside! I was really impressed with all the technology here. There are TVs in each room and there's even one on the ceiling to watch as they work on you! Dr Hoang was awesome and made me feel really comfortable as he made small talk and tried to get to know me. He was very informative, answered all my questions, and offered any help he could give me. As he talked about my teeth he even took pictures inside of my mouth and showed them to me on the screen so I was able to see what he sees. Dr Hoang really takes the time to talk to you so you understand everything he is going to do. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Me and my son went in for a routine cleaning and they did x-rays and the cleaning in less than an hour but I feel like they did a better fantastic job cleaning our teeth. What can I say? This place always EXCEEDS my expectations. I came in for my usual cleaning, worried as heck because my teeth were NOT in good condition. They did not judge me for the terrible condition my teeth was in (though Dr. Dang did tease me about them = P, which I don't mind). This was my first visit and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted by a friendly smile. The staff and Dr. Cho are fantastic. This place is great! I fear and dread the dentist however after much anticipation and suspense that was not the result after my visit. I had 6 superficial cavities filled in 1 hour with no pain at all. I had Dr Hung, guy was freaking awesome made the whole process painless and was very clear with what he was going to do before he even started. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns and then proceeded with the fillings. The x-Ray tech and hygienist were also very thorough as well they did not rush me at all and took their time to make sure they got every area of my mouth cleaned and flossed before and after the procedure. Highly recommended! I went to a dentist before Dr Hung and they were horrible made me scared as hell that I had a dozen cavities and needed all wisdom teeth pulled, long story short if you need to go to the dentist and are scared and anxious and get knots in your stomach just thinking of the trip there, don't hesitate to relieve your anxiety come here you won't regret it. I've been to many dentist throughout my life from New York to Texas and I've never had a more enjoyable experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The technology in the office made my visit very quick and painless. (I didn't feel nervous the entire time and I swear, I always feel nervous at the dentist). After my Xrays, I went straight into my exam room and it was awesome. The television in the ceiling was perfect (why hadn't anyone thought of this sooner). As far as my exam, I could go into the details but I won't. What I will say is Dr. Hoang is THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. He understands the patient as if he was in the chair himself and explains every aspect of what he's doing. He makes sure you leave feeling like his only patient. (Thanx again Dr. Hoang) And FYI, I drove 30 minutes to get there after finding them on Yelp and I will do so from now on. When my insurance provider changed and I found out it wasn't accepted at the dental office I had been going to for over 15 years, as sad as I was, I knew it was time to say goodbye. Searching for a new dentist can be like searching for a soul-mate. How are you supposed to find 'the one' in a sea full of dentists? Will your new relationship be better or worse than your previous one? All this uncertainty can be frustrating and nerve-racking, but when I was referred to Smile 4 Texas Dental Center by a few friends, I figured I'd give them a try. Like going on a blind date. I was pleasantly greeted with warm smiles as I nervously stepped in for my first appointment. I filled out some paperwork, had copies of my insurance card and ID made, and before I knew it, I was standing in one of their x-ray machines. My first visit consisted of a couple x-ray shots, a consultation of what work I needed done, and a very thorough cleaning by Dr. Cho. The facility was brand-spankin' new! New machines, new tools, sparkling clean bathrooms,TV's on the wall, TV's on the ceiling, etc.! The office and staff left such an amazing first impression!! I knew I'd be calling them for a second date. --- I went back last Saturday to get 2 cavities filled. I absolutely hate getting anesthetic injections in my mouth, but Dr. Cho made sure they were quick and painless. As I shut my eyes really tight, my palms sweaty, he continuously wiggled my lip gently so I wouldn't feel any pain during the injections....and it worked! The most painful part of my appointment was over. I just watched "Coming to America" on the ceiling TV for the remainder of the time and let Dr. Cho work his magic. I was in and out in an hour. Dr. Cho and his staff constantly made sure I was comfortable and explained every process to me so that I knew what was going on. He even asked if I needed Vaseline for my lips before he started the procedure so they don't dry out! Now THAT'S customer service. Yes, they're brand new, and yes, they're still building their clientele, but I'm so glad I decided to give them a chance. Ladies and gentlemen, I think I found my new dentist. read more

I came in to get my teeth cleaned and had such a pleasant experience. The wait was very minimal and I was called in right away. Dr. Hoang was super friendly and Ann who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and aware of my mouth. I've had experiences where the cleaning was extremely unpleasant, but this exceeded my expectations. By far the easiest, most relaxing dentist visit I've ever had! I had called in on Saturday because one of my molars was hurting. Originally, they had an opening at 3 PM. I wouldn't be able to make it, so I told the lady that. To my surprise, she called me back! She let me know she could have me come in at 10 AM. Talk about service! At my appointment, they checked me in quick after I filled out the paperwork. Dr. Cho was very personable. After looking at what I needed to get done, he explained the procedure and his recommendations. I went ahead and had the procedure done (extraction of two wisdom teeth). Where to start. Dr. Michael Phan and the staff are incredibly professional and skilled. I have gone here for the last several years, and I have no complaints. I had a fantastic dental experience at Smile 4 Texas Dental. It's definitely a plus that they are open on Saturdays. Most dentist offices are open only Mon-Thurs, so the fact that I don't have to take time off during the week to get teeth cleanings and fillings is great. The office is really nice and the front desk staff are helpful and attentive to my needs. The tvs in the op rooms are a nice touch. There's two tvs in the room- one on the ceiling (for when you're getting work done) and one on the wall to watch while you're sitting up waiting. It's very convenient and helps you take your mind off the actual drilling itself. read more

I took my wife to this Dental office after reading the reviews from other satisfied customers. They do a really good job of making you feel comfortable and get a VIP experience. The dentists took time to talk to my wife and I about what would be done and all the staff seemed very professional. We didn't feel like just a number and we also felt they genuinely carried. It's a good sign when the dentist care enough about their patients care to have tv's installed in the rooms. My 6 month old had her first appointment here, (no she doesn't have but one little tooth) but early on dental hygiene is important. They checked out her one tooth and her gums gave me advice on how to care for her mouth, the do's and don'ts of baby dental hygiene. Love this place. We found this place one weekend because my husband was in dental distress and our family dentist was closed. We made an appointment for the same day and were able to go in and have him checked out. The staff was super friendly and nice. All of the doctors are super knowledgeable friendly and make you comfortable. The prices are totally reasonable. The decor and facilities are very clean and comfortable. I was there for a couple of hours with kids and it was perfectly fine. They have a small waiting area but they have television to keep the kids entertained. On the service side they were extremely reassuring to my husband and very thorough. We would definitely return and refer! read more

Dr. Dang is a really nice guy and really enjoyed that the staff here tried to keep you informed of what's actually going in your mouth as well as which procedures they will be doing on you today. I also like that there is a tv in front of you and above your head so when you're being laid on your back you can keep watching. The stuffed animals with teeth are a little creepy but cute in their own weird way. My teeth did feel very clean after my procedure and they were very quick and efficient with my tooth extraction. Make sure to call and check if they accept your insurance. Seems like they accept all PPO type insurance but never hurts to check. read more

Safe heaven! Smile 4 Texas has been my one and only dental office i go to for years. All my friends and family are also very satisfied every time they come, never leave with doubt or pain. I'd say i trust my life with Dr. Dang. He's saved me from loosing a molar, which was so close with the nerves I'd have had to have root canal or worse, with zero pain, zero stress. About 2 years ago, my previous dentist retired. I've been going to my previous dentists since I was 5 years old and I went on a pretty big search for a new dentist. I tried 5 different dental offices in the search for a dentist or group of dentist that gave me the same comfort level that my previous dentist provided my for close to 30 years.
