I was seen by Dr. Dang and he's a real cool dude, did excellent deep cleaning and taught me good dental practices and techniques. They are very good with their schedules and felt like they see all their patients at the actual time they made the appointment for. The front desk and assistants are awesome and they take good care of you. I really like that they call you 2 days before and the day of your appointment to remind you. soo, I found this dentist office on Yelp & I must say....I love it! The staff is super sweet & Dr Dang is super awesome! They explain everything that is going to be done to you thoroughly. They have TVs in the ceiling so you watch while getting your work done. But overall this place is clean, staff is great, drs are great & very welcoming. My wife has a very difficult case of hereditary overbite with weak gums and jawbones. Dr. Dang is personable. He tries to get to know you and what your ultimate goal for a healthy smile but doesn't follow through. This place doesn't try to over charge but they do try to use up all your benefits with simple things like fillings. Dr. Dang is only a general dentist and gives referrals for everything. So not only do I have to pay his office a consultation fee, I then have to pay the referral dentist a consultation fee. It's ridiculous, I use to love this place until I had problems with my teeth but after realizing they don't make any suggestions to maintain my teeth healthy I switched dentist. Clean and tidy like most other doctor offices. They have TVs on the ceilings so you could relax and watch shows while they work on your teeth; helped ease my mind off from the dentist. Receptionist: 4/5 Warmly greeted me with a smile when I walked in; did not have to stand around and wait. She had me fill out paperwork. I wish this process was available for me to fill out online through their website OR print from their website and bring in filled out, but not a big deal since filling out paperwork is standard. Experience: 5/5 I sat down nervously in the and was starting to perspire. Dr. Michael Phan introduced himself and started off with small talk which helped calm me down. He asked if I'd like to watch anything in particular and ended up on Futurama; nothing like watching Fry and the gang to relax. Dr. Phan examined and cleaned my teeth. In my previous experiences, the dentist stated procedurally what they were going to do and just started working. Dr. Phan walked me through each step in detail, explained why he was doing certain procedures, gave me tips and advice for better oral care, made sure I wasn't experiencing pain or sensitivity, and all this while making small talk in between to keep me relaxed/comfortable and my mind off what was going on in my mouth. I ended up needing a few fillings and I had mentioned earlier to him I was visiting from Dallas; he squeezed me in and did the fillings that same visit! Talk about unbelievable customer service!
