This place went downhill after Covid. I used to come here for general dentistry and clear correct. I moved to Dublin but needed to finish my clear correct, I was on my last tray. I called a few times over the past year to which I was told they would call me back and let me know but didn't time and time again. Anyway they lost my chart and didn't know where I was in the progress of my clear correct or didn't know what to do in my treatment plan. I said I believed I was on my last tray but... aren't they supposed to keep track of that? I have to go back to get my clear correct off and get retainers. Though they don't know who I am. So I'm a little weary. Front desk doesn't seem to know what's going on anymore. They used to, but don't know what happened. Just to clarify, this has occurred over about a year of me trying to follow up about my treatment every couple of months. They would tell me they would call back and never did. I have a follow up scheduled though, will see how it goes. read more

It had been a few years since my last appointment and there was quite a bit of work required to fix cavities and replace an old crown. The front desk staff were very helpful with getting my insurance up-to-date and were pleasant throughout the scheduling and intake process. The waiting area was clean, bright and relaxing. I was late to my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff remained courteous and patient. The cleanings, fillings and, crown replacement procedures were very professional and I remained informed of what was going on along the way while being encouraged to ask any questions I may have. I had called this place because I live across the street and I had a chipped tooth they were able to get me literally in the next day and we're accommodating when I arrived here. The staff was so friendly it felt like family even the other customers that come in that are regulars are just as friendly. They are courteous of your time they don't over book they're good with calling to let you know that you have an appointment. Front desk staff makes sure they give accurate pricing with insurance so there's no surprises!! Complete transparency with work being done and cost. Today, I had a root canal that, honestly, I was dreading. The tooth had been hurting so much I'd lost 10 lbs. I met with Dr. G at Smile Maker's at their new location yesterday. I explained my dental anxie, y which he took seriously. My fear was feeling the nerve before he numbed me. I must say this was my first pain-free root canal. His technique of numbing me before the needle and waiting long enough for it to process really helped. A huge thank you to Sam and Mandy for assisting and tending to my overactive saliva glands. I went to Smile Maker when I was I n need of replacement screws for my inplant. Their manager found the rep for the brand of implant and contacted him. He came in and consulted with Dr G who ordered the screws which the rep had. I walked out with my implant secure and my smile in place. They certainly went the extra mile for me. One day i called the office and asked if i can come in on the same day because my wisdom tooth was bothering me. They got me in really quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ME: Wait... Is that spa music I hear playing overhead? DENTAL ASSISTANT: Yes. There's a spa next door and we thought it'd be cool to let the music play over here. ME: You were damn right to do so! LOCATION: Easily visible from the main road and part of the Smile Maker outlet with plenty of shared parking. Was a bit confused about which door you walk into at first, but no biggy. DECOR: Warm and welcoming. Not typical and sterile like most dental offices. The colors are warmer and there's a TV in most all the rooms that i saw. PROCEDURES: They do all the normal procedures of a dental office. Cleaning, whitening and chatty conversation. Lol. STAFF: Everyone i met was completely professional, but in a we could be friends in real life kind of way. Knowledgeable across the board and comforting. EXPERIENCE: I went in to get a cleaning and teeth whitening and this was my first teeth whitening experience. The cleaning went as planned. The dental assistant had soft hands and gave me extra information about how to keep my teeth looking beautiful. Then the whitening came around and while that wasn't the most pleasant experience due to teeth sensitivity, they provided me with a soft plush blanket and a neck pillow. What an upscale place. Worst experience I've had with a dentist. Back in 2019 I started my Invisalign with this office. Dr Salomon said that I would only need about 9-10 months for my teeth to be aligned given this timeline I accepted and moved forward. I went through my trays as suggested but my teeth were still not straight. I spoke to the doctor and he said to come in for a new scanning. THIS IS WHEN ALL THE PROBLEMS STARTED!! I went in for 4 scanning given that staff kept turning over and the Dr Salomon had no organization during the pandemic and shortly after. Shortly after the pandemic Dr Salomon sat down with me and said sorry for the delay in the process. This was back in 2022. After years of waiting and trying to work with the office and doctor I became frustrated , angered and just down right sick of the negligence. I went in to get my refund and while I was getting my refund for the Invisalign the doctor has the audacity to say that I could have done better to to meet him half ways to get my work done. He also asked me if could take down my first bad review of his office which I refused. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND POTENTIALLY A NEGATIVE INTERACTION WITH NOT ONLY STAFF BUT A DENTIST. read more

Fortunately i had a great experience at Dr. Solimons office! I came in to get a teeth whitening (first time) and I was super nervous due to my sensitive teeth, along with my terrible dentist experiences. As soon as I walked in I had a good feeling! The office staff was warm and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed. Dr. Soliman did an amazing job, no sensitivity, no pain, and he was extremely efficient which is what I needed. I had such a great experience with Dr. Soliman here at Smile Maker dentistry. Iv'e been a patient here for years and recently had to come in for wisdom teeth extractions which was something I've dreaded for weeks. I was terrified of the experience or pain after and tried to push it for as long as possible but sadly my wisdom teeth had some other plans. I was in a lot of pain and the front desk was able to schedule me in for a fast appointment and I was seen almost the next day by the dr. The procedure went great and dr was extremely good and comforting which made the experience less frightening. I'm writing this review because it's the least I can do to express my gratitude for the amazing work I've gotten here! Definitely makes me hate going to the dentist less lol. Just spoke with the office manager and now I was told that Nisar did not want to do it do it because I was at a 90 degree angle. This is false because my wheelchair tilts and was tilted during that appointment. Secondly, Nisar's justification to me on that day was because the equipment could not be reached. It's sad that they are siding with Nisar. I've had other hygienists polish my teeth there without issue. Joel can speak on this as I would tilt my chair when he does my cleaning. read more
