This place is great. They got me in the same day for tooth pain, and what I thought was going to end in a root canal was merely a cavity. They did not fake anything to do work that wasn't needed, which I really appreciate because I have had that experience with a dentist in the past. Front desk "manager" was rude and unprofessional. I was wearing a mask the same way as their own employee at front desk. However he felt an urge to give me a lecture about how to wear a mask properly and said that if I do not like it I should find another office. He was very agitated and aggressive. I felt uncomfortable staying there. It was not because of the mask. I agreed to do what they have asked, and covered my nose and mouth. I just felt like he was disrespectful and rude. He had a power trip. And I do not want to waste my time and money dealing with this. The whole situation could have been handled in a different manner. His voice sounded like a broken violin. Dr. Soliman was my very first dentist since I moved to this area and was with him for years. He's nice and very professional. I even got my husband to go to Dr. Soliman for his teeth cleaning & etc. Unfortunately I have to find another dentist because of the girls at his front desk / schedulers. They don't check the waiting room. Make sure you keep checking in with them or they'll forget you're there. They've messed up our appts couple of times already. Their Saturday appts are always booked out about 3 months ahead so if you want to risk your time and job to take off work to come in then find out you weren't scheduled, then come here. Good luck to you. Also, at first I thought it was nice that his wife shared the other half of the office for her "spa" / facial business. She does have groupon you can use but I was told by her personally (on 3/10/2020) its just ONE time use only for new customers. Keep in mind, she's VERY expensive and will try to let you think it's not expensive or it's worth your money (but its not). read more

Reply to Mohamed's response: The $89 to start was not the issue, it was that we are anticipating at least three extractions at about 350 apiece. So we got approved for the Carecredit for $1500 and called back at 12:23pm. At the initial call placed at 11:55 AM we were offered a 12 o'clock noon or 1 PM. Of course we couldn't make it across town in five minutes for a noon, but I did say we could do the 1pm, so I said I need to discuss with my partner and call back. We took it upon ourselves to apply for Carecredit in that 27 minutes period rather than doing in in office which we could've done. When I called back at 12:23 PM, I said we were leaving West Sac and would be there in 15 minutes, and to please book us for the 1pm, even though we would arrive earlier. I was told that you guys were "leaving for the holiday" and not taking a 1PM anymore. So it is not that the appointments were "taken." That is my qualm. I do not recommend this business. Perhaps their medicine is fine, but our review is based on two phone calls today. I called at 11:55am and I was told that they had a 1PM appointment, however they do not accept Medi-Cal and we would need to be paying out of pocket. My partner is in excruciating pain and cannot eat. Thanksgiving is tomorrow so due to holiday if we can't be seen today, we are looking at a five day wait for next Monday. He needs to have at least one extraction we believe. I called back at 12:23pm and was told that I waited too long to call back. I was told that was 40 minutes which it's not. We needed time to figure out how to come up with payment. We have a newborn girl, and we still have many bills left from losing our twin boys a month apart in 2020. So we are very much in the hole financially. This location was twice as expensive as the place we have booked for Monday, however, we applied for Carecredit and decided that we would come in but were denied the 1pm appointment when we called. We have already tried our dentist that accepts Medi-Cal and there is a three month wait. We also have gone to urgent care and he was prescribed ibuprofen 800 mg but it isn't working and we are worried about infection. If you are blessed with wonderful dental insurance coverage, and somehow exempt from regular life problems, and only need routine preventive care then this might be the place for you. read more

I just got a teeth cleaning and ZOOM whitening treatment here. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Though the zoom whitening was more painful than I expected, and I could only get through half due to having extremely sensitive teeth, The procedure was well done and the staff were obviously very knowledgeable. They all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and manage the sensitivity. My cleaning was also comfortable, quick, and thorough. Going to the dentist can be scary for some. The thought of going can cause people to be anxious or nervous. This somewhat describes me. I went to the same dentist for 15 years. Unfortunately, life happened and I had to change dental insurance companies. I figured that I could just floss daily and brush twice a day and be fine (I have done both religiously, since the tender age of 15)... Then it happened! A tooth was sore. How could this happen? Was it age? Diet? Or genetics? So I started researching. It was time that I asked around. It was time for my 4 year dental office abstinence to be broken. Time to find the best dentist, regardless of insurance. .. Like I mentioned, I started asking around. Dr Soliman's name kept coming up. (And yes, I am an extrovert). I visited the office, talked to staff, got a tour and even had the chance to talk to patients in the waiting room. The rooms are clean and bigger than my last dentst office's, which was a relief... I made the appointment.... The receptionist greeted me when I arrived. I filled out paperwork. Dr Solomon greeted me with a smile and assured me that he would give me the best care possible. ... Once in the room I felt relaxed when I heard the soft music, saw the cream colored walls and green vertical stripped wall. White walls make me feel claustrophobic. It was a relief that they weren't white. As my dental assistant helped me to prepare for my cleaning, x-rays and whitening treatment I was ready to find out the state of my teeth. She was friendly. We talked about our kids, decorating and food. I was happy that she loved her job and really liked working with Dr Soliman . She mentioned that he does a great job and she was happy that I am their client now. That made me feel really comfortable. Talking also made the time fly by. Dr Soliman is completely aware and present. He easily navigates through his patients without skipping a beat. He has a lot of energy too. His office is modern. He keeps current with the newest dental technology, dental sciences and dental beauty breakthroughs. He explained all the particulars of my x-ray results. He maticulously expounded on the layers of my teeth and what he saw in the xrays. He is completely affable. I felt comfortable asking questions and assured about his answers. He smiled the entire time and told me he was happy that I came to see him. He gave me a plan to follow. I have been following the plan. I recommend Dr Soliman for anyone looking for a dentist. Dentist shopping can be fraughtful. Going to the dentist can be stressful. I can assure you that Dr Solomon will take good care of you. I know how it feels to be worrisome about going. It is important to remember that teeth health and overall health are connected. "Problems in the teeth can affect the rest of the body" -Mayo Clinic. Not happy with the serviced. They took 2 of my teeth and the anesthesia they used is some kinda bad it's almost a year now and I can still feel the numbing effect of it. I can feel my gum get thicker and harder just like a "keloid" in my gum and side of my mouth. I told them about it and they took X-ray and found nothing, they said it's normal. Almost a year, never experienced these long effect of anesthesia before, strange to me. Next service they put fillings in one of my teeth and they applied anesthesia, and the next day the anesthesia effect completely gone. I was thinking there's something wrong with the anesthesia that they used in my teeth extraction. read more

After being with my dentist for 20 years I found myself in position needing to look for a new dentist. I was very nervous about going to a new dentist. I was also coming in for an urgent tooth problem. Which the office got me right in. As soon as I walked in the front staff was so friendly. Okay, it is so very important that I share my experience with everyone regarding the reality of my smile that was just taken from me one day after Dr Solomon allowed the extraction of my front tooth which changed my life forever certainly from then to nearly 3 years to this day since they pulled my front tooth. Dr Solomon is a nice guy which is why I went to him but he allowed this to happen to me and then lied and said I was dishonest instead of trying to help me get my smile back that he and his office took from me. And because of the severe damage done to me and my emotional person without resolve and his lack of accountability, I will be utilizing as many social media platforms to share my #dentalNightmare experience with Dr Solomon and his unethical and unprofessional office staff. Me being without a front tooth has been very real along with the many at least 4 periodontist that I have seen all confirming the immediate implant placement Dr Solomon office placed in my gum was not at a proper angle to place a crown and they ALL recommended the removal of the implant and do a bone graft and replace the implant Dr Solomon put in bottom line! All done with proper scanning protocols. Solomon's improper placement of my front tooth #10 was done without doing a scan or bone graft which attributed to my gums reseeding and indentation in the area. Also, this attributed to the crown not being able to be fitted in my mouth. I don't know what Dr Solomon is talking about in his response but I could not make this up nor would I want this this type of stress in my life or my family's life. This has been too painful over the years of not having a smile. My self esteem has suffered! My speech has been affected! I never thought anything like this could really happen and the dentist would take such a poor position and not make his patient whole but Dr Solomon caused a considerable amount of harm to me and my life over the past nearly 3 years. I am not a liar but I wished this was a lie because if it was I would still have my tooth and all the emotional damage I have suffered for years would not be a part of me like it has been! I would not recommend that anyone go to Dr Solomon's office because of what they did to me. I would not recommend Dr Solomon or his office just even based on his reply to my post. He would try to throw any patient under the buss instead of taking accountability for his or his office staff's actions. I feel they were trying bill my insurance and me for the maximum and take a short cut on the service they gave me. Additionally, I feel they felt I would just go away smile or not! However, what they took from me I had every since my teeth started coming in over 60 years ago. I just keep saying to myself the audacity of Dr Solomon response after he did this to me and my smile! It's been a year since I started my Clear Correct and I'm so happy with the results so far! Although I'm supposed to be done today, there were a couple minor problems I still wanted to fix and Dr. Soliman was more than happy to get some molds done for a couple extra aligner trays. Even if he had said this was the best he could do, I would still have been satisfied but I appreciate that my satisfaction is of utmost importance here. The front desk receptionists are phenomenal! Teena and Fahm are so personable, they make scheduling and rescheduling your appointments a piece of cake. Their smiles, along with the comfy couches, make such a great welcoming every time I come in. It's the reason I decided to even get my teeth cleaning done here. The dental hygienist working on me (Ki?) was so gentle and noticed I had sensitive teeth so she gave me some recommendations. It showed me she wasn't just there for a paycheck. All in all, the staff here are great. Makes my appointments easy and painless. As for the Clear Correct vs. Invisalign, I did some research beforehand and Clear Correct seems to be just as good as Invisalign but cheaper! My first trays were uncomfortable and gave me blisters but once my mouth got used it, it was smooth sailing from there. I highly recommend Clear Correct! read more

My sister recommended Dr. S since they opened their Elk Grove office and my family and I have been going here ever since even after we moved out Elk Grove. I have very high anxiety and cancelled quite a few appts but Dr. S and staff are very friendly and ask about how I'm feeling every visit. They keep me very comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time having a root canal and one large portion of that was my fear I'm 34 and have had 6 teeth removed that could have been saved and I chose not to because of personal experience with dentist. This being the first time here, not only was I comfortable with this procedure, I was also able to communicate if I felt the slightest pain and an immediate pause was put on the procedure to ensure there wasn't continued pain. Gave Smile makers a call about my tooth pain and Gabi from the front desk was very professional and helpful over the phone. She told me that I can come in right away for my tooth pain to take x rays, thanks to Dr Solimon I found out I have a cracked tooth and set me up an appointment the very next day for an extraction. I do not have health insurance but they worked with me on getting approved for a credit system they have and I did not pay a dime out of pocket for my tooth extraction. The doctor and the assistants were very friendly with an awesome sense of humor during the procedure and it only took 30 minutes. I came into the office on a Saturday to get an exam and teeth cleaning. It was so nice to go on Saturday and not have to hire a sitter to go to the appointment! I really like the location since it's convenient for me. (PS they have two doors so if one is locked go through the other one... don't stand outside hoping someone will open it... like me.) The office was really clean and the furniture is nice slowly helping my anxiety about being at the dentist. The front office staff is very nice. They helped me get my insurance info since I was not at all prepared. They were really patient and sweet. Dr Soliman was amazing! He's a kind man who seemed to really care about the health of my teeth and gums. He spent a good amount of time reassuring me and working with me on a list of priorities for my care which is going to be extensive. I appreciated that he tried to simplify everything so I could take it one step at a time so I don't run out of deductible and have to pay out of pocket. That's a big concern for me and I appreciate that he not only completely understood but was helping me to figure out what exactly my insurance would cover.
