They did a great job! I got french acrylics for my engagement party and they lasted over two weeks and were perfect! The person doing my toes (young woman) I forget her name, did so well and took her time. The salon itself is clean and small but they accommodate every person who walks through the door. They did a great job on my nails and cleanliness is a big thing for me at nail salons and I have 0 complaints on their cleanliness. DO NOT GO HERE If i could do zero stars i would, i got a full set of acrylics and not only did they leave me with botched nails i also left with tons of cuts on my fingers nail polish on my hand and my nail beds on fire, The photo reference i gave looks nothing like my nails i asked for coffin instead got duck tips, i also was lied to about payment when i walked in i asked if they take debit apple pay he said yes, time rolls around to pay and not only do two of my very full apple pay cards decline because "they don't take debit" My friends mom also tried two card and then he tried to suggest that it was the company's fault and tried to make my friend pay for my nails. will be going back today to get a refund then somewhere else to get emergency removal because of the pain!! read more

Meticulous work. They did a great job fixing someone else's mess on my nails. Pedicure was nicely done and felt good. SNS powder nails were meticulously done. As others have mentioned, the place is inconsistent in the quality of services it provides. Sometimes the regular pedicure includes hot stones, sometimes it doesn't. (Like today). I'm sitting in the pedi chair right now, having endured a mediocre 10 min massage that hurt at times. Clearly this person knows little about pressure points that make a massage feel good. She is friendly, but not a good technician. Manicure was no better. And they charge $5 to remove gel polish if you're not putting gel back on. Why!? For the tin foil wraps and acetone/cotton? I wish the people working wore name tags so we can request the ones that DO work well. WI surely needs some good name places. We are sorely lacking. As I walk out the door, there is so much lotion left under my feet, I'm sliding in my flip flops. Ugh. read more

Took my daughter and three friends here to get a regular manicure/pedicure. They are only 13 and they gave us a price of $25 for mani/pedi. Great! Three of her friends backed out and didn't want a pedicure and just a manicure. I told the owner it was only to be one pedicure now and the rest regular manicures. So I told the owner I would be back to pick up girls once they were done. To my surprise when I came back I was still charged $100 because he took it upon himself to give the three girls girls gel manicures instead of regular manicures after I told him they were doing regular manicures. So shady and wrong what he did and would NEVER go back again. Just lost a customer. Definitely would not recommend. read more

I would give this salon a higher rating for great customer service, because sunny who did my SNS dip powder did a great job taking her time but I am definitely not coming back. I rather pay more money for something that will last 3 weeks and not 4 days. I got my nails done on Friday, hasn't even been a week yet and they are chipping. Very unsatisfied with this. I gave this salon a try because I wasn't happy with the previous salon I went to, but there's definitely more around the area that have better reviews and will be going there instead. This place is reliable for a good manicure for sure. The only complaint I have is that they are inconsistent. What I mean by this is that depending on who does my nails depends on what tools/ creams they use. Typically they do a hand mask with gloves for manicures but the last time I went the nail tech didn't do it although the girl next to me was having it done so they clearly still do it. Also some techs push back the cuticles and some don't. I am hopeful that this place improves on being consistent and keeps up with the quality. This area of town really needs a good nail salon and I hope they do well I have to update my review. I went in for a pedicure recently and the pedicure chair smelt of mildew... clearly they aren't cleaning properly or they have a backup. Even looking around the salon I just got a bad vibe - it wasn't clean- I will not come back after smelling the mildew. After my pedicure, I noticed the male technician rinsed the sink with just water- no soap- no scrubbing.... it's a problem. read more

I used to love Smile. I'd be there once or twice every two weeks. Since the original employees "went on vacation" everything changed. They do not honor appointments, and they help customers based on how much you're going to spend. I went in for a manicure, and they helped two other people who arrived after me because they asked for a manicure and pedicure. This is not the first time this has happened.
