I waited about 10-15 minutes for X-rays, another 10-15 minutes for the doctor, and then another 10-15 minutes for the hygienist. After all that waiting, I left with nothing done besides X-rays. No cleaning, which is what I came in for and what my insurance covers. Both the doctor and hygienist came in, checked my teeth, and instead of doing the cleaning, they started going over additional treatments I "should" get done. This has been a constant pattern here, even when I bring my kids. This dental office is more focus on upselling than actually doing the basic service! This isn't just a one-time issue. Over the years, there's been a constant turnover, different doctor, different hygienist, different front desk at every visit. There's no consistency, and it shows. I have let things slide before, but they've wasted my time too many times now. There's also no effort to work with you, no options, no trying to meet you where you're at. It's it's either everything they recommend or nothing at all. At this point, I don't recommend this dentist office. If you value your time and just want to get what you came in for, I would go somewhere else.

I didn't feel like having both sides of my face being numb and greatly appreciated the flexibility. I've never really been bothered by a visit to the dentist and even still, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found this gem and will continue to come here.
