I wanted to come on here and write a new review because words are not enough to emphasize on how great this office is. I have an extremely busy schedule with school and work, but every single time they have been so accommodating and understanding and never gave me any attitude or even tell me that I can't reschedule. They listen to my concerns and fix things as soon as possible and the doctor is so nice and kind. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel comfortable and happy with their smile, I was very hesitant for braces at 20 years old, but they made me feel very comfortable. I can't recommend Trident Ortho enough! From the very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. The clinic is always clean and inviting, and every single staff member is genuinely friendly and professional. I was a little hesitant about getting braces at 26, but I am so glad I did. Not only did my teeth look great throughout the treatment process, but everything went by so much faster than I expected. I was given a 8-12 month timeline, but ended up getting them off in 6 months. My teeth turned out even better than I expected. One of the things I appreciated most was how responsive they were over text. Being able to quickly reschedule appointments without having to call made the whole process so convenient, especially with my busy schedule. I'm beyond happy with my results and the overall experience. Trident Orthodontics has the friendliest staff & most affordable prices. I received estimates from Gentle Dental & Western Dental orthodontics and their prices were ridiculously higher. I went with the ceramic braces and the cost is less than the cost of metal braces at other places. My 45 minute drive to their office is totally worth it. Dr. Huynh and his staff is amazing! They are very welcoming and very informative in all that they do. Our first daughter had braces and treatment done at a different orthodontist and we had a horrible experience there. When it was our twins turn to get braces we had to be very picky in choosing the right orthodontist so that we didn't have another horrible experience! It's been about a year in and we've been so happy! Our twins are getting amazing treatment here. Check ups are regular and consistent. What can I say about Dr Phan Huynh? He has been such a wonderful provider. I don't think I've ever worked with a doctor so attentive, quick to respond, and thoughtful. He would take time to answer all my questions patiently any time. He checked on me, followed up. Most importantly, my teeth look amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Dr Phan is in general such a kind human being that took so much interest in my smile and making sure I felt care for in the process. Can I give them 10 stars? My daughter had issues with her braces and Trident saved the day. Our usual ortho was closed today and we ended up finding Trident through a Google search. We called to see if they could help us even if we were not a patient and they went above and beyond. The customer service, care and professionalism was top notch.
