Sent my son in for a deep cleaning paid for full service then scheduled what was assumed to be a routine check up and was charged again for another cleaning without my consent. Everyone is so nice and friendly, dentist take they're time to explain everything, however I got my wisdom teeth extracted using NO they said I would be okay to drive after the procedure thank god my friend had offered to pick me up and take me because after the procedure there was no way I would've been able too, I still felt super drowsy. This place did work on my wife with out prior authorization from insurance then sent us the bill. They sent a bill for $750 and when I contacted them they told me my insurance carrier denied I had coverage. I disagreed and advised them to get their ducks in a row because I was calling my insurance. I was on the phone with them and Sierra happened to call on the other line. Turns out I did have the coverage they said I didn't and on top of that Sierra failed to send in three procedures to insurance. I truly believe they were trying to get me to pay out of pocket then bill my insurance. Dont go here, they are criminals! read more

This dentist office is amazing! I'm really picky when it comes to my medical / dental / optical offices, and I have no complaints when it comes to Sierra Dental Group. I came in for a regular cleaning/check-up. The waiting room is comfortable and clean, the receptionists are all nice and thorough with information. I was called promptly did not have to wait, the tech was SO NICE! She made me feel comfortable right from the start, small talk about our kids, while she took my x-rays. She continued to clean my teeth and explained everything along the way. I had some glue still stuck to my teeth from my braces which were removed years ago (from a different dentist office), but she was nice enough to take her time and remove the glue, which she did not have to do! Great office, however very disappointed with my Orthodontic treatment . I was in ortho treatment for almost 3 years and my Teeth are still very flared. I was promised by the orthodontist that he would be able to fix my teeth with rubber bands and no extractions were necessary . Now that my braces were taken off not only did they leave lots of cement on my Teeth , but my retainers do not fit properly .. I feel my bite is off and have I have a huge issue with grinding . Every morning I have lots of jaw pain which leads to migraines. I called the office and tried to speak to the office manager but she has not returned my call . I asked to speak to the practice owner and was told there would be a $40 charge for a consultation . My account is paid off and it seems like they do not want to deal with my issues unless I pay more money. read more

Extremely disappointed with this dental office. My son's appointment was at 8:30 and didn't leave until 12:30. They had my 6yr old son wait over an hr & 1/2 before they started work on him without communicating with us. I had to leave to work 20mins into the wait. Meanwhile my Mom waited with him which I told her to walk out after 45mins but she had the patience to wait. They have everything they need like their whole staff is like really really attentive to our needs and were able to give us an appointment as needed...and super quick. Like Flash quick. After my check up they hooked it up because they said my teeth were busted but they could fix them and I guess what I'm going to do it.
