I specifically book my appointments surrounded her availability. She is kind, patient, sweet... and above all else very professional and thorough in her work/laser skills. She makes sure to adjust my settings as needed to maximize my results, and hits virtually all areas without missing spots. I can't wait for her to also begin injecting! But the scheduling/front staff are beyond horrible Very rude, very judgy (heard them gossiping rudely) and will constantly change your appointment without telling you or your confirmation. Called their office, they stated they don't have those codes but would research and resubmit the bill. The resubmitted the bill with the same codes. I also had a chemical peel which should cause dryness and flakiness. Nothing happened, I called was transferred to the nurse hotline, left a message two weeks ago with no response. Waste of money and time. I am currently on hold again with the insurance company trying to get ahold of the Skin Physicians office.
