Before I could print my job out, I'd wanted to double check my tray was correct and immediately the worker was making face and saying no. Didn't know she was the mechanic for the printer too I guess lol. Vellum paper is made for laser printers, and at the end of the day, I knew what I was doing and there were plenty more printers to work on, if you were unsure, at least know what type of printer that is, know the paper, and test something out before you say no and start making faces. Also, I will say, there was an employee helping an elderly lady and she was patient and sweet to her. I did notice that, I hope she notices that her employees need to be checked too.

First of all, the business smells like heavy smoke. Second, every time I have attempted to get printing done here in an attempt to save money compared to the big box stores, especially since I am an avid supporter of small businesses, I have been met either at the door or the parking lot by the owner or employees, who screamed and shouted at me to leave. This was all unprovoked, and I hadn't even said anything yet. They have dedicated parking, and they threatened to call the police if I didn't move my car, on the day I went in to ask about getting business cards made. I have seen employees yell and swear at other customers when they came to pick things up, and I've seen them scream and swear at other employees and customers of other stores within the plaza. They just stand outside and threaten anyone that goes near the place. It's a really scary experience.

I got to my house at 5:35 to find a DHL van in my driveway. I parked on the street and approached…read morethe courier to ask who she was delivering from since I was not expecting anything. She answered "a package". I am an educated woman and could clearly see that it was "a package". She finished entering stuff on her phone and I signed for it thinking my husband might have ordered something. My neighbor comes out and asks if that was her package. I approached the courier who was now in her van. I asked her to put the window down and she replied " I can hear you" I asked to double check the address she was delivering to and she said "that one" pointing to the number on my house. I went to check the package which clearly had my neighbors name and address on it! This courier had no manners, was disrespectful and to put it bluntly, quite stupid. Please check your couriers for social skills and intelligence before you send them out to represent your company.
