I took the car to Pat and he stopped what he was doing and started to diagnose the car. He then told me that most likely it wasn't serious. I told him I had an important doctors appointment the next morning and asked if I should rent a car. He said "leave the car with me." Later that day, he called me and said the car was repaired! My vehicle had no issues before the service, but immediately after leaving the shop, it started making an unusual noise. I called Tire MD right away and was advised to bring the car back the next day. Upon returning, they initially told me the noise was due to a tire issue. After saving up, I brought the vehicle back for new tires, but then they informed me that the noise was actually coming from the differential/transmission. Notably, Tire MD is the only shop that has ever worked on these parts of my vehicle, and the noise began right after their service. I calmly explained this to the owner, who unfortunately responded by lashing out at me, accusing me of making baseless claims, and dismissing my concerns by saying it's a common issue with these vehicles. However, this problem only arose after their work on my car. Now, I am faced with the burden of legal fees and the cost of a new vehicle. This experience has been highly disappointing and stressful, and I cannot recommend Tire MD based on the service and treatment I received.
