I agreed that he should order the part and I'll give him the money ($40). that was my mistake for trusting the guy. $40 was small price to pay to see if he's honest. Wrong! Anyway, I texted and called him but no response. I don't recommend this guy, definitely don't give him money to buy parts. He will steal it. I should file a police report.

I have been a loyal customer for approximately four years. On the day in question, Nick instructed me to drop my vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. for service. I did exactly that. After receiving no communication for hours, I called around 11:00 a.m. and was informed that my vehicle would not be serviced. The fact that no one contacted me and simply left my vehicle sitting there for hours is completely unacceptable. My time was wasted, and no service was provided despite my willingness to pay for the work. I also find it deeply concerning that personal feelings appeared to play a role in this decision. Business decisions should be based on professionalism, not personal disagreements. I specifically want to address Nuno Aguiar. I purchased a vehicle through him and have spent thousands of dollars repairing and maintaining it since buying the burden of a "car".
