To make a long story short, this is the type of experience you don't want to regret missing out on…read more I had gone into the Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy combo class with my instructor Ms. Hedrick and I am so happy that Providence Training Institute has an instructor that actually wants to see you succeed because what you'll learn about Ms. Hedrick is that she has a clear objective of what type of medical assistant needs to come out of you in order to feel successful and she will see what you don't see right away but always pushes us to feel confident in ourselves as well as in our skills. For example, she will work with you hands-on in order to evolve you from that shy girl who was too scared to do injections into actually getting excited when injections needed to be done. Overall, the staff was always so welcoming, it was a very good school to attend especially for the price of the program. P.S. Ms. Hedrick is the G.O.A.T. It'll come down to a point where you'll see it for yourself as her student but for now take my word on it and don't miss out on an amazing instructor because her teaching skills truly cannot be compared and you will notice just how much knowledge you walked away within just such little time being at the program.

I didn't realize how often we drove past this place! The choir concert was inside of the Bulpitt Auditorium. Beautiful space, but definitely has seen better times. The chairs and the doors squeak a little, the acoustics are a little muffled but it was still pleasant! Campus was very well kept as well!

But if I graduated from high school here (in AZ), I absolutely would have gone to one or more of the community colleges here. They provide outstanding education & offer the most incredible variety of programs. Back to Fannin Library, I appreciate using their computer lab to complete my class work b/c it saves me from the distractions of home. I can also print things cheaply here & save my own printer ink. It's been a few years since I've been here, but they have nice relatively new Mac desktops. That was surprising b/c last time I was here they only had Dell PCs. Then I can always guarantee to find popular books that are usually checked out at the regular public library. DVD movie selection is unbelievable - current titles, docs, classics & foreign films galore! They also have a vast collection of children's' books. There is something for everyone. He even dove into the material beyond just what we need to know for the course to give us details on why we need to do what we do as far as timing, # of compressions, and etc. I will definitely be back to LP Health Directions when I need to renew my certifications in the future! When my hubby enrolled, he had the normal queries such as "How much work will this be" and "How much of my time will it take up"? Well let the wife tell you...it was just the right amount. Classes consisted of online videos that were easy to listen to and follow. The video instructor "Ty", was now a permanent voice in our home. In between work, hanging out with the fam and playing video games, my husband had PLENTY of time to watch the short videos. Every Weds, he got to go to class and enjoy hands on work with actual air conditioning units! He was always excited to go and heck...one night a week to myself for a few hours??? Nice! The final weeks were closing in and it was time to prepare for the final test. Gulp. Me being a test nerd, I volunteered myself to help him study. We made flash cards and watched videos and it was so much fun! The goal was to study to get 100%, not to Just PASS. Shoot for the moon and maybe you'll get close! Needless to say, he passed with flying colors! Proud wifey here! The super amazing added bonus was, because I had been involved with his studying, all the infinite amount of HVAC information was now in MY brain! I decided to watch a few of the videos of Ty's who's voice had become the "other man" in my house. It was very fun and easy to listen to, and I had zero interest in HVAC, no offense! I do now Would you believe I went to his graduation tonight and took the final EPA test and passed!! If I can do it, you can!! I highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone. I'm a lawyer and my wife is a doctor. The owner of AERT is a crooked liar. Don't go there…read more There are many other cpr classes in the Phoenix area. I signed up online for a class and AERT unilaterally cancelled it and then told me that I would have to take a class at a different location (in a bad part of town) on a date that would be too late for me to obtain a certificate I needed at that time. The owner then said in a loud, angry voice: "We cannot provide you with any classes!!" and hung up the phone. Despite all this, she charged my wife and I $100 for the class. We complained to citicard and Ms. Jaime sent a letter lying about what happened and claimed that we simply failed to show up for the class. I don't know how anyone has given this crooked company a positive review.
