My family is new to Falmouth and looking for a pizza restaurant that holds a candle to our old faithful Italian restaurant back in Virginia. After 14 pizza locations and 4 months of negative feedback from the family we have finally found our new favorite ( I will say better than our OG because of the wood fired oven) Timber!! Pizza is amazing. We had a off menu request and the pizza was perfect. " Shut the door" my daughter said. It's that perfect. Handcrafted cocktails are delicious and generous. Place is clean, staff is nice and made us feel at home on our first experience. Restroom was clean and not gross. My daughter has declared her next birthday party will be at Timber because it's so fun!!! I would like to say Thank You to the staff at Timber for being so kind and AWESOME. Neat place with the old fashioned bowling, ax throw and wood fired pizza. Started with a Caesar's salad that was big enough for two and 12" cheese pizza. Both were good but crust on pizza could've been crispier since it's wood fired but certainly not a deal breaker... read more

This place is really super. It's all brand new, great atmosphere. Generally places like this have mediocre food at best but this place has amazing pizza and Caesar salads. That's what we've had. I'm sure the rest of their food is good too. They have an actual real kitchen. They have a good draft beer selection and a full bar. oh and obviously they have ax throwing and bowling. It's sorry of like a way better "Lanes" that Mashpee has. Better kitchen, better drinks, better atmosphere. Some say it's pricey but its Main Street in Falmouth. If you want to go to a dive bar go to a dive bar. read more

First time customer, just had a gluten free pizza. I forget the name of it, but it was the one with ricotta cheese. I added pepperoni, and it was the best pizza I've had in years. Not a huge pizza, but it was surpisingly filling and cooked to perfection. My new favorite place for gluten-free pizza. read more

Pretty empty on a Friday night around 5:30pm. Candlepin bowling was fine. Not anything special. No light effects. Atmosphere is very sterile. Pizza and nachos were fair at best. Ice cream available but no one around and machines weren't turned on. Maybe it's better when it's busier? read more

Fun place to spend an evening. I'd always wanted to try ax throwing we while on vacation, we had to pop in. There was a nice guy who showed us the ropes and got us throwing. We also tried the bowling- they use skinny candlestick shaped pins and smaller bowling balls so it made the game a little more difficult than the conventional style. We had a great time. Perfect place for a date night. Pricing was reasonable for both activities. The bar food was ok. read more

Brought my wife and daughter here. The staff was wonderful so not a review based on them at all. However we spent over $50 to bowl and our first lane didn't work (two other lanes were out of commission) and the food was AWFUL. We paid $9 fir cheese nachos with literally two spots of cheese that looked like it was microwaved. Bar and axe throwing is great. Bowling and food is awful. read more

Quick Summary: Food not great. Service, poor at best. Entertainment, ok. If you go here you gamble with your nights enjoyment .... Axe Throwing - was fun, if you do it, at least do an hour. Otherwise by the time you get the rhythm you are done and probably won't be able to get more time. Bowling - It is Candlepin bowling, has been since I was a kid, they did not revamp anything from the previous establishment. Scoring is manual on paper. I have now been here twice. Neither time was great, but I usually like to give more than one chance at things because lets be honest we all have bad days. First time we showed up for a date night about 8:45pm on a Friday night, it was very busy. Sat down at a table, went and asked for a menu, looked at menu, went to order food a few minutes later and then was told that the kitchen is closed. WHY did you bother to give us a menu then???? or at least tell us that we only had a few minutes to order???? On a Friday night at 9pm in a bar full of people drinking AND throwing axes or bowling. That killed date night. Good job. Timber. If you are going to stop serving food at a ridiculous time then you should advertise that. Drinks were weak, Never got to throw axes as they were full, so we bowled, it was ok but I was hungry as I hadn't eaten and just wanted to leave. Second time, went with some friends again on a Friday night this time we showed up at 7pm. Not very busy, we were 1 of 2 groups at the bar. There was another group in the Axe Throwing arena and a few more groups Bowling. There were 3 bartenders on, they were way more focused on chatting with the other group of people at the bar who were either their friends or regulars one of the two. Took a while to get someone's attention to take our order. Food was burnt or cold, very confusing. No silverware, No plates, did give us a few napkins. Axe Throwing was fun, they give you a quick run down, rules, how to, etc. Boards were chewed up on one and the other was ok, the chewed up board the axe didn't really like. other board was fine. Us girls did have on sandals, had to get bowling shoes to throw, they did have socks for us to use! We hadn't planned on bowling but since we already had the shoes we did do a half hour of bowling which was ok, basic bowling.
