One of our favorites was the motorcycle racing game, it actually moves and blows air in your face, which made it super fun and immersive. First time here! Food/Drink: Typical pizza, fries, burgers, frozen and fried everything. Not terrible. Lanes: Lanes are relatively taken care of. Some of them have the right amount of oil, and some don't. A lot of abuse though. Balls: Very beat up, however a lot of options. The bowling etiquette is not there, no one cares because it's attached to an arcade. Dinning Area: Small behind the alley and around the bar. Prices: comparable to most other bowling alleys. Went there with my 3 kids and wife spent $98 2 hours able to fit it 3 games with shoes. Parking: Plenty of space, side and back private lots. Mall parking. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and decent in size. Atmosphere: overall a little dark, but fun atmosphere. Wintertime is usually more dead, then the spring and summer, no league night. Bar: I don't really drink or smoke, but my wife for the night really enjoy the atmosphere inside the bar the drinks are pretty cheap as well. Staff/Attendants: The staff was pretty rough, it's loud, people are obviously annoying and entitled. It's an arcade so you gotta bare with them. Overall I didn't think they were great. Atmosphere/Appearance: Set inside the Cape Cod Mall this place mimics a Dave & Buster's. I don't know who came first, but the concept is still very nice. You have a full restaurant and bar inside as well as a big arcade plus a bowling alley which D & B doesn't have! So no matter what you're looking for in here, you'll find it. This place is massive. There's a big dining room that backs right up to the mall so you can people-watch through giant glass windows. If you don't want people peering back at you you can sit further in near the bowling alley or in the bar. Of course it was a Thursday night so it was quite lively inside. Service: Marty took excellent care of us. He was sweet, soft-spoken and made sure we had everything that we needed. Food: Well, we wanted to stick within our Groupon limits so we went for a pizza! They looked massive when they were walking by so it helped make our decision. Now what kind? Hmm... now that I'm looking at the menu, the pizza we ordered isn't on it anymore, but it was the Scallop & Bacon Pizza! It was absolutely delicious. The scallops were cooked perfectly, bacon was crispy and my favorite part... no marinara sauce! It was like a buttery, alfredo-y-sih sauce. I loved it. So I you pay $25.00 for $50.00 worth of food and games. I paid $18.75 due to the extra discounts that Groupon offers every once in a while. So when you get there you get a $25.00 dinner voucher and a few games of bowling OR $25.00 worth of arcade credit. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't do both, but it's all good! We had an absolute blast playing all of the games. By the way our pizza was $25.99. This was a great place to come hang out on a rainy Thursday and spend a few hours with loved ones or friends. I worked with Marla to plan my husbands suprise 30th birthday and was so impressed. From my initial call, she was very clear and helpful, even though I was a little all over the place and wasn't sure what I wanted. We worked together over the next week or so via email, she was so responsive and above and beyond in terms of answering questions and responding to my emails. They have a package for every budget, we decided to go with the pizza, wings and salad. The price per person was great, and included the bowling, bartending etc. Marla sent me multiple invoices to help me figure out the best combinations of things and let me know exactly what to expect to pay. The day of the party, they worked with my friends to help decorate and get the room ready. Our bartender Britney was outstanding, great drinks and service. We had Marla there helping coordinate everything as well as our own designated server Connie who was also amazing. They did a great job serving everything, replenishing food, cleaning up plates, helping people set up the bowling, they were very attentive. After the party all our friends had a blast playing in the arcade and winning prizes and making great memories. They gave us all our leftover pizza and even held it at the desk while we played games. This was a fun place for an indoor family outing. When we arrived we found out that there was no table service, and we'd need to pick up our food at a designated service area, which was fine for us. It was awesome for groups of friends. NOW it's a glorified Chuck E. Cheese. The table second is GONE. You place your order at the entrance while looking at a big video board menu. You pay at the point of ordering and then you get a text when your food is ready. You go pick it up and it all comes out at once... So don't order apps unless you want your dinner to be cold. Quality of the food has gone down too. You can still get a drink from the bar and bring it over to your table, but the entire self service model is the antithesis of why this place was such a great place for families to go. The games are still cool and the laser tag and VR are awesome. But go eat someplace else before you go to play. You can get better for and service in the mall food court around the corner. read more

I always love coming to Ten Pin Eatery! My friend and I were walking through the mall and I convinced her to try the food here... The hostess was very super friendly and was able to seat us us at the bar. Mary who was working behind the bar was very super friendly and made the BEST virgin margarita EVER that I had ever had! The clam chowder was out of this world as usual and the pulled pork macaroni and cheese was so good and so filling that I decided to take it home to have for lunch when I go to work tomorrow! Ten minutes before our server even came to ask for our drink order. 7:00 on a Friday you'd think it's because it was busy. It wasn't. Lots of servers standing around talking. Turns out our server was the same server as a few tables away. Passed us numerous times before she came over and when she did she was very blah. Never told us her name or anything. Got our drinks and then our appetizer and literally 2 minutes later our meal arrived. Very bad timing for serving. After receiving our meal it was at the very least 10 minutes or more and 4 passes by our table before she even asked if our meal was good. Like I said, food was great. Truffle fries like no other. The fish in chips were good. The California Burger was delightful, it originally came with guacamole, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo and lettuce.. but per request I received lettuce, tomato and onion, as well as a replacement of American Cheese instead of the Pepper Jack. The flavor was splendid!! All of the veggies were a good compliment to the juicy meat and it was delicious! The guacamole was average, but considerably good on the burger. Same with the mayo! The fries were a bit odd shaped, more like thin home style wedges- but were tasty. We ordered a mud pie for desert and were shocked about how huge the portion was!!! I will say - I didn't come with kids - and the service was so SLOW. We were surrounded by birthday parties (which is to be expected during a December break), but the service was lowkey awful. VIP room should have a blue tooth personal music selection ...your music is horrible and the food......oh good god I will eat elsewhere before I bowl. Rainy days on the Cape mean no beach, and scrambling for things for kids to do so that we don't all go crazy. Ten Pin Eatery has a ton of things to make the day a busy one. Laser Tag, Virtual Reality, Bowling, Escape Rooms, and an arcade are all there to keep your kids busy and happy for the day. We happened to be there on a Tuesday, where they have a special deal: $7 wristband for unlimited laser tag. You can also do a second wristband for unlimited VR, or for bowling as well, so theoretically you can do $21 unlimited activities if you go on a Tuesday. As far as the food, it was just ok. Typical bar food. Decent drink/beer selection, including local beer on tap. If you're ready for some serious noise, lights, and general overstimulation to keep your kids from going nuts in your hotel room, then this is the place for you. read more
