He is from the Napa store in Fort Myers on Boy s Scout Drive and happened to be in Naples for the day helping out. He was so incredibly helpful in getting me the battery I needed - even bringing it out to my car. As the store was not busy, I asked if he could help me switch it out. He told me that they normally do not do that, but since the store was not busy he would help me as he always likes to make the customer happy. It only took a couple minutes and I was on my way. This most recent order was a bit of a mixed bag, though. Everything eventually arrived in a relatively timely manner, but there were a couple of issues. The Cobb x WeatherTech floor liner set arrived with only the rear liner, even though I had ordered the front and rear set. I had to reach out to IIR, and they sent the missing front liners. There was also an issue with one of the KYB strut assemblies. While the strut itself appeared to be new, it arrived in an old/unmatched box rather than the original packaging, and the hardware that normally comes with the assembly wasn't included. This ended up causing an issue with my repair shop and delayed the installation. Update: IIR followed up with me and provided some additional context about the floor liners. They explained that the Cobb x WeatherTech products are drop-shipped directly from the distributor, so they don't physically see or inspect those products before they go out. They apologized for the issue and said they'd work with their support team to try to prevent it from happening again. I appreciate them taking the time to explain what happened and, more importantly, making things right when I brought the issues to their attention. The original experience was frustrating, but the way they handled the problems afterward definitely left me feeling more positive about IIR. I'll continue to order from them.

A few years ago Maximum opened up and we gave them a try, and from now on we only get our parts directly from them. We order auto parts from Maximum and Joe (the owner) and his staff are super friendly and know what they're doing. If they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it the same day or the next day delivered directly to you. They're also open to public, I believe you get the same discount but you pay the sales tax. If you need affordable aftermarket body parts, give them a call. Their prices are way more reasonable compared to Advance Auto or even junk yards. Sometimes it is better to buy aftermarket parts than used oem parts. It is 2017, and aftermarket parts are not the same as they were 20 years ago. Many people are skeptical but trust me, you won't even notice any difference in quality or physical appearance. Aftermarket parts industry has really stepped up their game. All body shops that I know rebuild cars using 90% aftermarket parts. LKQ staff is rude and they treat you like you're a piece of ****. Was able to go up the road elsewhere and get my tire fixed with no issues. Was told they work from commission here and are known to push unneeded sales.

It cost me $125 plus $30 plus for the part that was wrong. I only got $30 and change back from rock auto anyway O'Reillys came through their local. Their prices are much better. I called him up told him what I needed. I didn't even have to give them any money upfront.
