Hall's flagship is located in Brentwood, on Manchester Road. The location is also home to K. Hall's corporate headquarters. Don't get me wrong....the Brentwood location is vast, boasting eye-catching product displays of the range of K. Hall products and hosting at least one massive, elbow throwing sale yearly. Originally envisioned as a pop-up retail outlet, the Plaza Frontenac location has been open since 2013. Whoever is in charge of merchandise does a consistently excellent job; I want one of everything. This location is heavier on women's clothing/accessories but still offers a wide range of signature fragrances. When I visited, there was a promotion on fragranced soaps. I ended up buying a soap, along with a necklace and beautiful cheese tray. The store is an oasis within this upscale mall, and one can rest assured of walking out with an unexpected find or, at the least, a calmer head after sniffing the soothing fragrances here.

Like most Ulta locations, it's in a strip mall with other businesses. What I like least about this location is the parking lot is so hectic and chaotic. You can sit in 1 spot for a long time waiting to move. I would return but definitely not during peek hours.

That was my mistake for waiting so long to open the box but I was hoping that a business that I have supported for ten years would have a solution. I intentionally shop here over ordering from online stores to support freestanding businesses. Unfortunately when I attempted to exchange the dryer they politely said there was nothing they could do and I left with a dryer that I will never be able to use. This is not a good place to invest in dryers..... hard lesson learned. They sell products with missing pieces. I would have had a better experience if I would have ordered the dryer online because the dryer would have came with four wheels . Even after then I was never on that side of town when the store was open. Well today was my day!! I walked up and pulled the door and was excited that it opened. I heard a voice but didn't see anyone. A welcoming bubbly voice. A few seconds later Cassie appeared. Just as bubbly as her voice. I didn't know how anything worked so she explained the scents and what I could do. I first started smelling the oils. I quickly gravitated towards 3 scents. She put them on a swatch so that I could see how they smelled together. I loved them!! Up next was the home fragrance. I went over and started to smell scents because another gentleman came in to re-up on his fragrance. I smelled the Ocean Breeze first. I was sold on that one. I continued to smell other scents though. The ocean breeze smelled so clean and inviting. Cassie came over and once again explained to me how the lamp worked and even gave me a demonstration. Told me how many hours each size would last. By this time I'm invested!! Take my money please. So I picked a lamp and luckily enough it came with the fragrance I wanted. The only reason I didn't buy extra was because my husband is always looking for stuff to buy me. I will send him back when we need extra scent oils. I purchased 2 bags of Remy Goddess Weave Hair from this store on 6/14 ($153). I had the hair installed on the following Saturday (6/17). My hairdresser questioned the hair as she was installing it because the strands of hair were coming out during install. I told her it was one of two brands that I always purchase. By Sunday night (6/18-6/19) into Monday, after installation, I started to notice a considerable amount of hair shedding than normal. I thought I would give it another day to see if the shedding would stop. It didn't stop. I hair all over bathroom, it comes out all over my clothes during throughout the day, it falls in our food while cooking. It is a mess everywhere. I called Mimi;s and spoke with the woman who I believe owns the supply store. She immediately blamed it on the manufacture (acted as though she has heard this complaint before), and told me to bring in my UPC bar codes and my receipt for a refund. I visited the store 6/26, and brought in some of the hair, showed her the hair that was installed, and my Discover credit card receipt for the hair. She and an older man behind the counter became kinda hostile about the situation and told me that I could not have a refund (even though she told me to come in). In fact, she told me to take the hair out ( I paid $200 to have installed) that I just had installed on 6/17, so she could send it back to the manufacture. That is not a reasonable solution. I offered her the left over hair that she could send to them, but she wanted it all.
