I had a drive-thru order today at the Smithfield NC location. Part of my order, a white-meat combo platter, had a thigh instead of a breast. Previously, I picked up a 4-piece chicken box, and the staff omitted the hush puppies. On another occasion, I ordered a 4-pc white-meat chicken box and got one breast and three wings, not 2 breasts and 2 wings. I called the general manager about that order, and she said the problem was finding good staff. At least as important, the employees go above and beyond to provide great service. This visit Ms. Woodard was quick with kind words and a smile and made me feel right at home. The staff person explained to me that, "their chicken breasts shrink up to this small size during cooking".... OK THEN! I also ordered baked beans and slaw... Very tasty...
