To start for those people who obviously have never shopped at an Aldi, there aren't many name brands. But I can attest to the quality of their offerings, especially produce. And at times like these when prices are already high, Aldi does a good job of making those things you need like fruits, vegetable, eggs, meat and bread more affordable. To those people who got trauma from going to the supermarket, if you can afford it, maybe you should use one of those shopping apps. And this is not being insensitive, just giving options. I have never heard of anxiety of any kind from a supermarket visit, unless it has to do with the price you pay at checkout. But there is a first time for everything and I am grateful to have shared in your experience from your review and your perspective. As far as Aldi goes. I have never once had a bad experience. I have always been treated with dignity and respect, even the odd times when I have been there right before they close. The associates have always been helpful and there have been times when they have actually walked me to an item when I was unable to find it. I like this Aldi especially well because of the layout and the diverse offerings. So there is that. And if I have offended anyone by my comments, these are just my opinions based on my limited experience in this world. And if you are taking them that serious, then you are giving my words way more power than they deserve. Finally, Aldi is a great alternative in Florida to some of those more expensive chains. Paired with the standards and the infamous pub sub, it makes it fun to explore and see what's around the corner. This location was under a bit of construction as there was a clear repaint happening in multiple areas. But that Publix service standard is still there and we found everything we were looking for without trouble even if it was in a different row than our normal Publix. It was so convenient to our hotel that I will definitely return again when we visit Legoland.

I had bought them at LensCrafters in Michigan, so we decided to take them to the closest Lens Crafters which was about an hour drive from where we were. We had to go to Walmart for a couple other things, so I decided to stop into the Vision Center to see if they could possibly help. Rachel looked at my glasses and knew in a second exactly what was wrong! She told me a part had fallen out and if I could find it, they could fix it! It was a tiny part so I wasn't hopeful. Daniel, the manager asked if he could take a look. He told me if I bought an "O" ring in a hardware department, I could slip it over the arm and it could buy me some time until I could fix it properly or until we made it back home. He didn't try to convince me to buy a new pair, they didn't turn me away and they both we SUPER KIND & HELPFUL! This encouraged my husband to ponder getting our next glasses at WM! The cashier, Tonya, was rude and used an inappropriate tone while speaking with me. She also muttered a negative comment, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Another cashier, Billie, overcharged me for an item, so I returned to have the issue corrected. When I sought assistance, Tonya spoke to me in a condescending manner, as though I were a child. Although the supervisor apologized, I believe something needs to be done regarding Tonya's attitude and treatment of customers. I recommend that Tonya receive additional customer service training or be moved to a position where she has less interaction with customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend seeking assistance from her.
