Cool little spot in Smithville. My buddy and I stopped in on Sunday. Great environment with TV's, open seating area and lots of land (grass) out back. I ordered the burger and fries. It was a good burger, but not my favorite. The bun was a bit hard and the meat was a little tough. On a high note, they did pack it high, lots of bacon on it. The fries were excellent! Staff were nice. We'd come back.

Cool hangout spot. Brewery with flights, growlers, house and local beers, light food options, and occasional food trucks, with a full kitchen coming. Indoor/outdoor space. Good for groups. Live music some nights (Sunday from 3-5, currently). Just a nice hangout spot. Family friendly. Dog friendly. Good vibes.

Still one of the best places in Smithville! Out of this world food and beer! The service is quick and consistent and the live music is fantastic! We have been coming here consistently and cannot get enough of this spot! A must see if you're coming through Smithville!

This place is AMAZING! Flew into the Smithville Regional Airport just up the road and stopped in for some burgers. They had live music playing and lots of craft beers. Beautiful place to watch the sunset and have a delicious burger! It looked like the restaurant was in an old/converted plane-style hangar, overall really neat aesthetic. They have some tables, bench style tables, and bar high tops. I saw a couple other people with pizzas that also looked really good. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious pizza and their own Premium brew was so refreshing! And our kids loved the open space to roam and play.

Beer is great with a few selections brewed on site, a couple of local microbrews that rotate and some basics in a can or bottle for those not looking for craft.

You order right at the bar (which is kinda fun because you get to peek at all the drink options). Inside is a little tight, not gonna lie but they've got a solid outdoor setup with plenty of seating. Looks like they even have fire pits, which I'm sure hits different when you've got time to hang and sip a few. Even though it was busy, service moved pretty quick and everyone was still friendly, which I always appreciate. And the food? So good. The tuna nachos came out looking all colorful and pretty, but the flavor combo is what really stole the show. Definitely a spot I'd swing back to next time I'm in Round Top.

It was hot out and stores were staring to close, so we came here for some drinks and food to escape the heat. Of the several times that we've been to Round Top, we had never been to Round Top Brewing and were pleasantly surprised...by everything. The spot is cute and cozy--nothing fancy and plenty of charm that isn't too forced. We ordered food and drinks at the bar and then sat in their indoor patio area (no A/C but tolerable circulation with the fans). They make their own beer, and we both enjoyed the kolsch that we stuck with for the evening. As far as food, we shared a giant pretzel and our daughter got a plain pizza. The pizza is that cardboardesque version, but it was edible. The pretzel was decent, but definitely a frozen-to-oven situation. What we *do* want to shout out is the mustard it came with. It was SO good. We asked if it was homemade, and it allegedly was: so spicy and nasal-clearing and tasty. The mustard alone is what is pushing up from 3 stars to four! Bottom line: nothing crazy special, but a good place with friendly folks working and decent food and drink. Prices are consistent with the area, and it's certainly better than Mandito's and it beats the chaos of Royer's. We won't be back, but we're glad we tried it.

Dropped in to kill some time and grab a bite to eat... and left super impressed yet again! The vibe here is perfectly laid-back....chill atmosphere, no pretension, just a spot to relax with great drinks and food. Shoutout to the beer master Eric behind the bar! He's incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he pours. He shared this awesome line that stuck with me: "Every good beer has a story, and the story should be told!" Made the whole experience feel more personal. I went with tap #13, Juicy Fish--a hazy IPA from WeldWerks Brewing Co. at 8.6% ABV. Wow, what a juicy, flavorful beast! Packed with tropical hops, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink for that ABV. Definitely hit the spot. For food, I had 5 wings tossed in the Blazin Ghost Pepper sauce. It's described as a smoky blend with mild ghost pepper heat, and it delivered exactly that....great smokiness upfront, building warmth without incinerating your mouth (perfect if you like heat but not torture level). Wings were crispy, juicy, and tender too. Rounded it out with the Carnivore pizza, loaded with meats and just the right amount of char on the crust. Hand stretched and fresh, it paired really well with the beer. If you're in the Pflugerville area and love craft beer (especially with knowledgeable staff who actually talk about it), wings, or pizza, this place is a winner. Will definitely be back again and again to catch more of the rotating taps and hear more stories from Eric! Get em while you can. They are Beer today gone tomorrow.

Kim, the brewer is all around a wonderful person who makes the best beer around. If you're in for just one night, try the superliner and the beegining. The Superliner is a zangy IPA, and the Beegining won the 2026 World Beer Cup Gold. Go straight for the waygu and order some pints, you cannot go wrong. They were both very good. The service in this place is amazing. I got to give a shout out to my bartender "Matt"! He was so attentive, on top of everything and had a great personality. He's one of the best bartender's I've ever had. It was a pleasure to meet you Matt! The atmosphere and ambiance in this place is very lively, joyful and rocking. They had a band that was made up of several band members from a school (sorry I don't remember the name of the school) that was killing it on stage. They played all kinds of music and a lot of old rock and roll music. They were so much fun to listen to and watch. This was our first time here, but it for sure won't be our last. I think we found a new hangout!!
