So, when my husband was unable to fix the equipment and we didn't have water, we called 3 companies for a service call. No one called us back, except Patterson. They were here within an hour, ascertained yes, it was the submersible pump that had given out 23 years later. So the repairman asked if we wanted it replaced that day. We spoke with their office, they quoted a price and we had water again within a few hours. Received their invoice and it was exactly what was quoted over the phone to the penny. We would recommend them to our friends and strangers in a heart beat.

Used to be good - Maybe new ownership? Had no water and had worked with these guys a couple times…read moreover the years. Sent out a tech in his 20's same day. As he was analyzing something sparked. He immediately told me I needed to have the system re-wired - to include digging a a trench from water system to well which is 35 yards away. This needed to be done by an electrician not them. I called another company who got here late that same day. Gave me a quote $600 less and we had a new well the next morning. Obviously would not recommend!!!
