I've been coming here for years. Always in and out - around 15 minutes tops!! The staff is friendly and they are efficient in their service. Within a weeks time frame, I had received my tags from DMV after getting my smog done here. They handle with care and rock at what they do. They will not offer you the coupon price if you don't have it in hand. Thats poor customer service. No one should pay $60 for a smog check when 99% stations in town offer a coupon or competitive prices. The manager was kind enough to reimburse me the difference but if a place doesn't offer you the coupon after showing concern of the $60 price, it's not somewhere I will return to in the future. read more

I always dread having to smog my vehicle and it was that time again. I came to this establishment because it's conveniently located in town near Pacific Avenue. The customer service was good, very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is nice and clean. I was in/out within 10 minutes. The pricing is reasonable. Awesome place! Highly recommend. Got quoted for 15-20 minutes to do smog check on my 2010 Honda Accord on Presidents' Day Monday at 9AM. They finished in 10-15 minutes. Very nice customer service. They mail the smog test to DMV electronically. Be sure to use then coupon to get it for $30. They want a physical print out, but I was lucky enough to slide on by. Also, I was lucky to just get my smog checked next door at smog 1st for $30. Then get oil change for $41. Then get car wash (free $20 car wash). All done within 1 hr read more

Wow. Amazing place and super fast! So helpful. This dynamic duo Joe and Roberto. Very professional and was greeted very welcomingly. Great place for a first come first serve. We had come without an appointment but called in to see if they took walk ins. They courteously told us that the wait time was about an hr because they had multiple clients. By the time we arrived, they had already completed their previous clientele and were already willing to park us in the garage. The sign they advertised was Smog in 20 minutes. I wasnt even done writing a review for yelp and they had already finished the Smog Check! These hard working guys deserve some recognition. And you cant beat the price, we found a coupon for 29 bucks on Yelp. Regular price is 51.70. Will definitely come back! read more

These guys are honest tension people with a good business! Jorge hooked yo the sensor right away and told us one of the sensors was loose on the muffler he recommended Norcal Muffler and Truck down the block we went there they tightened the screw no charge! Went back to smog 1st and Jorge completed the smog check and passed $38.50 decent price and great service! Thanks guys!!! Never going back to ALLPROSMOG too expensive and poor service failed with no explanation were not mechanics we don't know what the codes mean Jorge was more then thorough! read more

They understandably assumed I wanted a full diagnosis because of the different issues described rather than just a quote for the valve body repair. And to be honest, that's what the process should be like. Because what if I am wrong about the prognosis, ya know? After dropping off my car, I later received a call letting me know they don't work on transmission-valve body replacements and was charged for the diagnostic, along with a recommendation to another shop. At the time, it felt like I paid for a referral, which didn't sit right with me. Recently, I came back to discuss this with the owner, Richard. We had a great conversation and agreed it was simply a misunderstanding during a very busy day. Keep in mind that Richard is also not the person who took my car in. I am sure if he was there when I first walked in, he would have recommended me elsewhere. But what stood out to me was Richard's professionalism and integrity. You have no idea how easily he could have said "no" to my visit today because at the end of the day I signed off on the paperwork prior to handing off the keys. But instead, he took the time to hear me out and make things right--not because of the money, but because he truly cares about the customer. That kind of passion and commitment is rare in the industry, and it's clear he's one of the only ones to have maintained it for however long he's been in the business, respectfully. That said, the shop itself is spacious and welcoming, not cramped like some places that make you feel rushed. Plus, the location is great--lots of nearby stores and even a gym if you want to kill time while waiting. If you're looking for a place that values honesty and customer care, this is it. The owner Teddy even towed her car from her house to their shop & back for free whenever a new issue occurred while she's at home or work rather than her taking it over herself & getting a ride as she's the only driver in her household; also giving her discounts throughout the process. They also replaced an entire engine in my Mom's car. The team at United Auto Repair do a wonderful job on all of my family's different types & ages of cars. They are genuinely good people that make me feel like I'm not being ripped off as their prices seem reasonable to me; a person who is sort of a car-fanatic. I called them today (Saturday) asking about wait times for a standard smog. Jorge said about 25 minutes so I gave him my name and number and arrived about 30 minutes later. Clean shop and was greeted by Jorge in a friendly manner. My daughter is 7 so we started coloring and keeping busy. 15 or so minutes later. Jorge comes in "your all set everything is good". I was like wow that is great. Very short wait time, excellent customer service and a clean shop. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I called them today (Saturday) asking about wait times for a standard smog. Jorge said about 25 minutes so I gave him my name and number and arrived about 30 minutes later. Clean shop and was greeted by Jorge in a friendly manner. My daughter is 7 so we started coloring and keeping busy. 15 or so minutes later. Jorge comes in "your all set everything is good". I was like wow that is great. Very short wait time, excellent customer service and a clean shop. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
