I drove in and the technician said it would be about 5 minutes. I drove into the stall and the technician was very nice. He told me that there is a fee for Prius (lower than any other place) and I waited in the waiting room. The process took about 12 minutes and my certificate was being printed. Crown smog has excellent technicians. They are nice, helpful, explain everything and honest. I highly recommend Crown Smog. Remember: Print out the coupon on their website.

Then he informed me that he was at the dentist. will not be returning until 11:15. Had been working with this shop to have my car pass smog for over a year now. It needed a new cadillac converter that was unavailable. It took some time to acquire and purchase and install this part. After the shop reported that the emissions control was tampered with, it was unavailable to be dealt with anywhere else. Finally, when all repairs were completed and ready for inspection and testing. The shop refused. The rep said. Oh, I remember you, and I have the right to refuse to test your car again. You will need to have it tested somewhere else, I will not want to lose my license over this. They claim that if it fails, we will retest. However, rather than retesting it, they assumed that I fraudulently manipulated the exhaust system to pass. After taking it to another shop, it passed in 5 minutes. Do not waste your time at this facility. Kudos to Union Discourt Tire the and In & Out Smog in Burbank for completing my test with no hickups. Strongly recommend them. best recommendation is to stay away from Union Smog in North Hollywood.
