It only took 15 minutes, and not only he did a professional, smooth job on my car, he noticed that I had a leak and highly suggested that I take my car to a mechanic and get the leak fixed which is coming from a water bleeder. My car is old, and I wish he could have fixed it. He said, if he could, he would. They only do smog check and that is about all. Place is CLEAN, few chairs to sit, and work is done/complete! Couldn't recommend this place more. $50 no coupon for my 2016 Prius smog check, that beats a lot of other places that want $67 or higher. I appreciate the workers here, they answered the phone right away, gave me precise information in a prompt and respectful manner, and as a woman I feel very safe on multiple levels coming here. Hard to find a decent service these days, but I am happy to report that this is a legit option. It will for sure be my goto from now on. Bonus: they offer some discounts if paying in cash on some models. Prius unfortunately isn't one of them, but at least it's $50 whether it is cash or card, so I can't complain.

I was helped by Sam, he was very nice. I called the day before as I had seen them advertising a special. I was told to come first thing the next day at 9 am and I would be taken care of. Showed up at 9:06 (Saturday morning) there was already someone getting their car tested. I checked in with Sam and I was next in line. I was done within 20 minutes. It was a breeze. Sam also took care of the DMV records since I had already paid for my registration. I will definitely be back here for my smog test and future DMV needs. Everything was clean. Easy. Great prices. After making an appointment today on 8/29/2033 at 10 AM and no one was there when I arrived. They…read morehad me call the rep on his personal cell. Then he informed me that he was at the dentist. will not be returning until 11:15. Had been working with this shop to have my car pass smog for over a year now. It needed a new cadillac converter that was unavailable. It took some time to acquire and purchase and install this part. After the shop reported that the emissions control was tampered with, it was unavailable to be dealt with anywhere else. Finally, when all repairs were completed and ready for inspection and testing. The shop refused. The rep said. Oh, I remember you, and I have the right to refuse to test your car again. You will need to have it tested somewhere else, I will not want to lose my license over this. They claim that if it fails, we will retest. However, rather than retesting it, they assumed that I fraudulently manipulated the exhaust system to pass. After taking it to another shop, it passed in 5 minutes. Do not waste your time at this facility. Kudos to Union Discourt Tire the and In & Out Smog in Burbank for completing my test with no hickups. Strongly recommend them. best recommendation is to stay away from Union Smog in North Hollywood.
