I had a 24.99 internet coupon, from some local gas station near my house. The Gas station boys said they would not switch to STAR system for a week. Back to the internet, Star system search, found Smog Zone! I called, and Brent confirmed they take internet coupons. When I arrived, he said he can give $10 off with their coupon, but not the local gas station coupon. He said he will be nice and will give me $10 off without their coupon. The first charge was a $41.75 for failing the first time (reason for failure was O2 sensor) After spending $200 elsewhere for mechanical fixing, I returned for another testing. I was charged $30.00 to rerun the test. It is hard to feel comfortable paying $71.75 for smog when you have a coupon for 24.99 from a gas station next door to your own place. The service was 10 minutes each run, but you can get more from a doctor with $25.00 and 30 minute. You can get vaccinated or get a flu shot. I can get better elsewhere. read more

Seriously!! The best, cheapest, and fastest smog test in my life!! I am not joking!! If you live in the valley, don't even think about getting a smog anywhere else than here. Just call them a little bit before you plan on heading over there, and they will get you in line. You will be out in no time. Very fast and professional. No complaints at all!! My wife went and did her car a few days before mine and Haik told her he would give us a break for the both of us.. So we call him back a few days later to do my car and he completely remembered us and totally honored the special deal. Now THAT is customer service..
