Two mics and a Bluetooth keyboard that was pretty easy to handle. Loved that there were no technical issues, so the equipment proved reliable. But even if we had run into something, service was so attentive that I know it would have been fixed promptly. Speaking of service, I can't remember a time I received my food and drink orders so quickly. That was super impressive and made the experience all the better. They have a fun drink menu and decent pricing, so I definitely recommend. One thing I will say is that the payment terminal doesn't make it clear that 18% gratuity is already included and the itemized receipt doesn't automatically pop up, so it's very easy to mistakenly tip 20% on top of that. They advertise free entry, free sections, all of which are not valid. Upon arriving we were charged a 20 cover. The overall price of the cover was reasonable in my opinion. The issue was that they had a flier advertising free entry and they did not honor it. The woman at the door explained that it was only free until 11 however the flier did not have any time limit. Once we entered the club was dead. The music was decent but was overshadowed by a blown speaker. I felt like I was in a Honda civic with an after market cd and sub install (iykyk). Because we were a large group we did get a section. The waitress was nice and attentive but was not overly informative. The club has a hard close of 2:30 even though their hours say they close at 3. At 2:30 the lights came on and they immediately started screaming for everyone to get out. The issue with this is the waitress continued letting us order food and water (bottled) up until "close". The food was brought out 10 minutes before they "closed" but that was not communicated. So at 2:30 when they are screaming for us to get out we still needed to get boxes as the food had JUST come. Also you can not leave with any open liquid. Alcohol is self explanatory but this also includes water. Walked in, lights low in the best way, and the DJ was straight up locked in. Music was to the point, no filler, no random stuff that kills the mood, just the right tracks at the right time. A couple of weeks ago, I was invited to attend a Friday evening event. I arrived as I normally would, only to discover there was a cover charge and a bouncer at the entrance. The cover charge itself was not the issue. What bothered me was how I was treated. During the interaction, the bouncer physically pushed me away from the entrance. I found that completely unnecessary and disrespectful. As a result, I asked to speak with the owner or someone from management because I did not feel comfortable discussing the situation with the bouncer, especially given how I had been treated. To my surprise, I was told that the owners had asked me to Zelle the cover charge. To be clear, I was never asking for a discount, exemption, or special treatment. I was simply trying to address the way I had been treated at the door and have a conversation with management. Over the years, I have spent a considerable amount of time and money at this establishment and have actively supported it by bringing many guests. I never expected preferential treatment because of that. What I do expect, however, is to be treated with basic respect and dignity. This review is not about the food, hookah, ambiance, or service inside the lounge, all of which I have genuinely enjoyed for years. It is about a customer experience and the choices made by management in handling that situation. A long-time customer who has consistently supported the business should not be made to feel dismissed or disrespected. I thought about this for more than ten days before posting because I genuinely enjoyed this place and did not want to leave a negative review. However, the experience stayed with me. Since then, I have stayed away despite having been a regular visitor. I sincerely hope management takes feedback like this seriously. Respect costs nothing, and it is often what customers remember most.
