I am regularly goes here for vape. Until today on 7/20 around 430pm the big guy with glasses was VERY rude. I've went through with him no problem in past he is aware I was deaf from time to time. Just that today when I mention I was deaf unable to hear and asked him nicely with hand open and write, he continue talk and talk I was not even understanding him. Asked him to come around and show the coil I needed and I asked how much for that e-liquid he knew what I was saying I couldn't understand him, he nod "no" sitting front of cashier barely move. I was frustrated then I decided go out get my phone from my vehicle and explain this to him. At end he decided pointing me out of store not help me. I have no issue with other reps. He need to go!
This is what I told him: A lesson for you NEVER continue to speak when a deaf person comes in says they don't understand you or using sign language it's not appropriate to speak constantly you are suppose to immediately grab paper and pen which he didn't. read more
