If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked into this smoke shop yesterday hoping to grab a quick disposable and maybe check out a new glass piece, but instead I walked into what felt like a bad attitude convention. The worker there who i believe was named Kelly had terrible attitude, i asked her about a vape flavor and she rolled her eyes at me like i just asked her to solve world peace. Every question I asked, she answered like I was personally ruining her day. She even scoffed when I didn't know the difference between two brands. The shop itself was fine but honestly the workers there are terrible, Never coming back. Hope that girl finds a new job, or at least a personality. read more

My favorite head shop in Tacoma. Since being taken over by new management, the staff are kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they're selling. You're greeted at the door and made to feel visible like a customer should be. The prices are unbeatable along with the quality of glass that Smoke House carries. To compare, I purchased this water pipe for $40, and the lowest I could find in the size and durability I wanted online was $80 at the lowest reliable retailer. My boyfriend and I have visited the smoke house twice now and we are very impressed with the staff and the merchandise. The two young ladies that were working last night were incredibly knowledgeable and professional . They also were approachable and friendly when we had any questions. I will definitely be visiting this store again. Its a little bit of a drive from where my boyfriend and I live but well worth every mile.. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've Been here many times and now prefer to shop here as it's consistantly a quality experience. I went here for Kratom. Their Kratom caps are more expensive but that's because they only carry the best brand, mystic Kratom. It's much more bang for your buck and I wish I could afford to exclusively buy this brand . The store is very clean and organized. Most smoke shops are a dirty , slummy train wreck. This one appears to actually care about their business, and both the men working there are friendly. read more

This shop is amazing One of my friends from Puyallup suggested this place, and the drive was definitely worth it. The selection of glass and hookahs is nice, and they have all the pieces you need just in case you only need a replacement part: like a stem or bowl. They have a wide assortment of products: glass, kratom, vapes, and detox just to name a few. I am pretty much a beginner vaper since my friends have been trying to get me into it, and the workers there know a lot. I stopped by three times one week because I needed a little help with getting started, like turning the damn thing on lol and putting in the juice. All of the workers are nice, and they explained everything clearly. The other shops I have been to have been disgusting, from the outside to the inside, but this one is very clean and obviously managed quite well. It is also very laid back there, no pressure to buy anything, just have a look and ask questions if you have any. Just a note though, they have a sign-spinning doll thingy that scares the crap out of me every time I walk in, it's got some weird dreads wig on. read more
