He took the measurements and gave us the time to come back for pick up. The only reason I didn't give Men's Wearhouse a 5* rating. I started calling the morning it was promised. The phone system put us through to the store, a young gentleman answered and put me on hold to check the items. I was on hold for 20 minutes (I had a long commute to my next location, otherwise I'm sure I would have thought it was an eternity) No one ever came back on. So I hung up and called back. I let the guy that answered (someone different) know that I was on hold for 20 minutes and I needed to make sure the items were ready as promised before we made the trip to the store. It wasn't ready, but they promised it would be ready the next day. Went in that Thursday, hubby tried everything on. They fit perfectly. We were thrilled with everything that was purchased. The gentleman that helped us also helped us pick out a belt and handkerchief. The in-store experience was perfect for what we needed. We wouldn't hesitate in shopping there again.

This time the girl didn't open them at all. She just gave us the box rung my husband up and we walked out. By the time we got home which was 45 minutes away I opened the box up, and the shoes were dirty and had been used. The white souls look like they had been walked in the dirt with. When I called the girl back, she acted so nonchalant as if it happens. Those were her exact words oh, I'm sorry, it happens.
