I thank God for Troy! My husband and I recently bought our first home but it smelled of cigarette smoke horribly! We heard that the previous owners smoked in the home for years. Carrie K. called me and emailed me many times within a few days to deodorize her car. She complained of the paint fume odor that was left from the body shops work. I told her with her chemical sensitivity it may give her a reaction until the ozone bleeds back out, I have the emails to prove that she reached out to me. I was hesitant because Carrie has had problems with the Police Department of Dana Point and was actually banned from the Strands Beach for using a bull horn on the youth involved in Junior Life Guards telling them to move out of her way when they were leaving and going up the steps at Strands, so she was banned for sometime from Strands Beach. Troy is an incredible person who provides unbelievable service. He went above and beyond working on my vehicle. I had a gas can filled with 3 GALLONS of GAS crack in the back of my vehicle. The insurance company told me to trash the vehicle. However, I really enjoyed this vehicle and took it to my local BMW dealership who told me they couldn't do anything for me. Boy did we call the right number!!! Troy was able to get the cigarette odor out of our condominium so that we were able to get it ready for sale. It is an awful feeling and ones heart sinks when you cannot get rid of an odor in your unit. We live a distance away from our condo but we were in good hands with the help of Troy Cline!! Ozone Pure Air treated a 1700 sq. ft. apartment which I had rented to two smokers who ignored the no smoking clause in their lease. The smell was pretty bad. Troy (owner) placed his ozone generating machines in this apartment for three days and completely eradicated the odor of cigarette smoke. Not a trace left - even after two weeks.
