Not only did the attendant not know it didn't have a charger but they didn't sell the charger either. Recommended I go to a phone store to buy a charger. Told her she's gonna lose a good customer over this and she replied "Sorry ". So now I have a new vape pen that's gonna die and that's it. $60 down the drain. They should at least know their product.

However, I was unfamiliar w/ the prices of bulk tobacco because it was my first time purchasing the product. I was charged $27 for a 6oz bag of Gambler brand, almost $30 higher than another store charged for same. Pressed for time and need, I went a second time. They wanted $40 for 8oz same brand cig tobacco. The salesman, possibly the owner, admitted he charged $10 more for profit. In addition to tax & a 4% non cash fee for using a debit credit card. The latter charge is illegal in the state of CT (ct.gov). I didn't realize I was charged this extra non cash fee til home. Disappointed. Cloud9 is in a great location but be prepared to pay extra for this convenience. Knowing my poor planning, I'll probably still shop there, unless they get mad at me for posting an honest review.

I've even had people come up and knock on the windows like they're in distress and then I roll it down a quarter way and they start telling me they need to hold a couple dollars and and they'll give it back real quick. For some reason they only call people yo and that means they don't know you but they want to ask you for money.

The staff is super friendly and can answer any questions you might have regarding their products. Parking is right in front of the store so it's super convenient.
