Not only did the attendant not know it didn't have a charger but they didn't sell the charger either. Recommended I go to a phone store to buy a charger. I was charged $27 for a 6oz bag of Gambler brand, almost $30 higher than another store charged for same. Pressed for time and need, I went a second time. They wanted $40 for 8oz same brand cig tobacco. The salesman, possibly the owner, admitted he charged $10 more for profit. In addition to tax & a 4% non cash fee for using a debit credit card. The latter charge is illegal in the state of CT (ct.gov). I didn't realize I was charged this extra non cash fee til home. Disappointed. Cloud9 is in a great location but be prepared to pay extra for this convenience. Knowing my poor planning, I'll probably still shop there, unless they get mad at me for posting an honest review.
