This order had 8 grape size strawberries that had a rotten taste. The one from Henderson was 6 huge strawberries and beautifully dipped. We also got a mini keylime cheesecake. The one from this location had a rotten strawberry on top. The Henderson location was wrappped nicely and topped with an edible strawberry. The difference in the two boxes that my sisters received for Mother's Day was mind blowing. If the product is not right do not send it out. DO BETTER!!! TERRIBLE PLACE! I placed an order online and when i showed up to pick up my order there was nobody behind the counter. I just left this location and was helped by Kera. I was greeted quickly, and she was professional and quick to make the order (Peace And Dove Daisy) and so nice and patient with me. My daughter sent me a Christmas Gift through Edible Arrangements - 336 for delivery on Christmas Day. The gift was delivered to some random home in zip 89129. I live in zip 89149 and my correct address was noted on the Edible delivery tag ACCURATELY. Fortunately the recipient in 89129 called a few hours after delivery to their home to let me know and asked if I wished to pick it up. I was shocked to learn this but grateful the recipient called me to pick it up. Since it was several+ hours after the delivery the flowers + the chocolate covered strawberries were already mushy and melted; not in the form intended for delivery. Since the address was correctly noted on the delivery tag, I have no idea how the Edible delivery person could have delivered it to some other random address in a completely different zip code. I have ordered thru this company several times. It was not my first rodeo. I ordered some chocolate dipped fruits to be delivered on Friday. Because it did say on their advertisement on the website that it'll be one hour delivery. And the cost is 15.99. I signed up for it. Well, I received a text message that it was delivered on Saturday not Friday so I called them up and they refused to give me credit for the 1599 because it wasn't delivered on Friday. The only thing that returned to me was $5.99 for the delivery charge. I'm not impressed as force advertisement and they denied me to give me credit so I will never order thru them again. I HAD to leave a review when I checked in and saw that this place didn't have very good reviews. I feel like the bouquet I purchased looked so much better in person than it did online. The girl working at the store was probably the nicest person I've ever met. Her customer service was incredible and she was so prompt! I also love that they have a check in offer of a free pineapple pop! We ate ours in the car, but the arrangement was so beautiful and tasted amazing! I can't wait to order from here again! I'll definitely be back and I think people should try this place out for themselves. Maybe the staffing has changed? I'm not sure, but we had such a great experience here. I had to download this app just to warn everyone else and hopefully save someone from this happening to them. I ordered early knowing Mother's Day would be busy so I decided to place my order May 5th 2023 (EO336169607) for reference. On the day of (05/14/2023) 9am goes by I call to find out an approximate on my delivery for my wife. I'm told the delivery driver just got in and to expect my order sometime in the afternoon. I say ok fine I'll go to brunch. After brunch 12pm comes around still no delivery. I call they inform me my order is with the driver and to expect it around 2-3pm. I say fine and continue to wait. 6pm comes around and a delivery driver drops off a balloon and a small box (Strawberries) No flowers,no vase driver states that they ran out of flowers..... How does this happen when my order was placed on the 5th and the operators on the phone insured me that my package is on the way and with the driver...? My fiancé had gotten a message around 8pm saying his order was delivered but I hadn't received anything. He got home at 1am that same night and the package was still no where in sight. I sent my husband an arrangement for Teacher's Appreciation Week it had a long brown hair on the fruit and from what he told me a "booger" on the side of the vase. It was delivered at 5:45pm so when I called the store at 6 pm it was closed. I left a voicemail letting them know of the issue and never received a return phone call. Called the number I found on the edible arrangements website and was told they would notify the store manager. My husband threw the entire arrangement in the trash so a complete waste of $65. I would recommend making sure everyone making the arrangements keep their hair tied back or wear hats, just something to avoid this in the future since they're working with food. A low score for this visit. The staff was amazing! So nice and helpful. I was so disappointed with my order when I got it home. I ordered a platter of strawberries for my kids on Valentine's Day and a basket that had a box of caramels in it for myself. When I opened the caramels, they were all hard. Like, hard as a rock. I was so upset. The strawberries were huge! The kids loved that, but at least 6 of them had mold on them and had to be thrown out. We ended up having to take the chocolate off of the dipped ones just to make sure it was safe for them to eat. Two of the dipped ones had mold on them. I order and receive edible arrangement often. This was my first order form this location. I ordered 12 chocolate strawberries. Normally that are huge and delicious. I was so disappointed when I went to go visit my mom after surgery and saw tinny. I mean one bite strawberries!! I paid the normal price of 46.47. When I emailed the place with my concerns. This was the reply I apologize for the size of the strawberries. Unfortunately the strawberries we have been receiving lately are smaller than usual due to the weather conditions in the area in which they are grown being poor. The young man stated, they'll be there at 9:30 PM. Yes, delivery at 9:30 PM. (WHAT?) so, 9:30 passed. 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 (Now AM) still no delivery. The next morning around 7:30 (Yes, AM) I hear my doorbell. I answered the door and the young man said, I have a delivery for you. I asked him, when was this scheduled for delivery? He said yesterday. So, why are you here now? He looked at me and said, DON'T YELL AT ME IM A TEMPORARY DRIVER AND I HAD THE KEEP YOUR DELIVERY IN MY REFRIGERATOR AT MY HOUSE. SO I APOLOGIZE. (YES), he said that. As I counted 10, 9, 8, 7 etc. I said, young man please remove yourself from my property immediately for your safety. I would rather gouge my eyes out with toothpicks then rip off my fingernails and toenails before doing business with this pathetic organization. The next day she called when they opened to see if they would be delivered the 14th and they hadn't planned on delivering. Don't waste your money. I used this service to deliver a chocolate-covered strawberry platter for Christmas Eve for my family, who lives in Vegas, and it never arrived. I called the day after Christmas and the lady I had spoken to 3 times prior to giving gate code and everything didn't even apologize. I purchased this Monday prior. Plenty of time to get it delivered. She blamed it on the delivery called Desert Inn that managed to botch up 60 deliveries that day. Fortunately, she refunded me. Don't waste your money on this company. They do not follow through with integrity. Their delivery system is unreliable and this Company lacks follow-through of all orders to be delivered that is set on the day of purchase. Poor management skills.
