I've fueled here several times and have been able to reap rewards (discounted fuel) which has been…read moregreat except for my recent experience on 11/11/25 at pump #12. That day, unleaded fuel price was $3.85/gallon. I was attempting to reap my $.20cent reward which should give me a price of $3.65/gallon, however, there was issue with the pump not reflecting the discounted price. So I re-attempted again the purchase off the Shell app and I was notified that I had already utilized my reward which was incorrect. I hadn't even fueled my vehicle yet. Ultimately, the pump only provided me with a $.05cent discount. I was not happy at all. I addressed and reported the issue with Shell Fuel rewards via email and they are currently investigating this. One of the previous reviews indicated that pumps #2, #4 and #12 do not provide you with your rewards. I have definitely made note of this for my future visits. I hope this merchant improves this issue asap. I've also purchased their meatballs on a stick for my snack on the road. It was delicious.

They have the drive-thru for smoke shop items if you don't want to walk in. My man quit chewing, but we keep coming! There was a short time that the gas pumps started pumping REALLY slow, but this appears to have resolved as I just filled up the tank last weekend and it was fine. The pumps usually get pretty busy during normal peak hours but there's decent space to accommodate long lines and I love that the pumps are covered by a very high roof. We generally stop in to grab a few sodas before running errands and there's a decent selection. They also have hot food items that always smells and looks so delicious, but I usually try not to eat out since I'll pig out on stuff like that. I've come close quite a few times and will probably breakdown and try some things soon. We've also had pretty great luck with customer service when we stop in. There's usually 1 or 2 people who are just kind of blah as far as attitudes, but most of the employees seem happy and upbeat. I swear their best recent hire has been Roxy -that chick knows what she's doing, is quick and SUPER friendly. I always look for her when I go in so I can say hi. If they don't make her a manager soon, they're just wasting her talents. It's hard to come by great employees and she's the BEST. Genuinely cares about making customers happy and treating them well. And obviously really cares about the company. I really hope they appreciate her. Overall, this is our favorite local gas station and market and we recommend.

The worker there who i believe was named Kelly had terrible attitude, i asked her about a vape flavor and she rolled her eyes at me like i just asked her to solve world peace. Every question I asked, she answered like I was personally ruining her day. She even scoffed when I didn't know the difference between two brands. The shop itself was fine but honestly the workers there are terrible, Never coming back. Hope that girl finds a new job, or at least a personality.

I am livid enough to write this review because this disgrace needs to be shut down!…read more -he's charging $6 "card processing fee" which is false, he inputed an extra charge himself, and it's ILLEGAL to charge those card fees -his attitude is absolutely disgusting. -he raised his voice at me and kept cutting me off, to the point I had to raise my voice at him to get a word out! I've encountered quite a few people with horrible attitudes but this one takes the cake. This is my first and last time going here. He's the owner btw. Story: I greet him and tell him I'm looking for a powder for a friend and have no idea because I'm new here. I had a picture but needed a different type of the same brand, and he pointed it out. I took a picture just to confirm with her, he proceeds to say " I don't allow pictures so ask next time". There were no signs to say that but okay whatever I got my picture. I waited like 30 seconds for her to text me back and he says "So you aren't ready? *scoffs* okay I'll wait". uhh there's no one else in the store but okay.So she responds, it's right, okay gr8 let's check out. the powder's price tag was $18, I go to swipe my card and notice the sale says $25.27. Mind you, I could hear him typing additional amounts in after he scanned the powder. He has a printed paper taped to the counter that says "a card processing fee". I'm used to 50 cent or something. I ask him how much the "fee" is, he rolls his eyes and won't give me a number just loudly babbles off "there's a fee for cards so the total is 25.27". At this point I'm getting irritated because of his attitude. I ask him again, how much is the fee because taxes aren't this much. Before I could finish my sentence He raises his voice and babbles the same thing again. So I cut him off and raise my voice back at him telling him to let me speak! At this point I'm livid and can't believe I just had to raise my voice at this man. I continue to check out because I know my friend needs this for her medical condition and it's hard to find. I ask him for the copy of my receipt. It's a little receipt that has no details just a total. I ask for a detailed receipt, he says he doesn't have one. As I'm about to leave I turn around and tell him his "fee" is illegal and I know he is just typing an additional charge in which is why he won't show me the full receipt. He gets wide eyed and before he could say anything I raised my voice and told him I'm reporting him to the BBB and anywhere else that will listen, and he's a disgusting person and shouldn't own an establishment. He just stood there finally speechless. So moral to this, do not spend your money here. He's disgusting and shouldn't own a business let alone be in customer service. And I will be reporting him.

Kind of gross environment, but we bought a bong anyway. It broke within a month, not because we…read moredropped it, but because the seam split where the honeycomb was connected. The workers wouldn't stand by their product at all, no exchange, no sorry. They are open late, so that's good. I've amended my rating because Andrew, after seeing the original review, powered to and did exchange the broken bong for a new one. He was very gracious about this, and when I went in, the place looked much better than it did when I had been in previously. Yay, Yelp, for helping one more store /customer experience work out well.
