The food here is really delicious, but honestly, the prices are a bit steep for such a casual spot. It felt like they were nickel-and-diming on everything. A $17 burger should come with fries, but instead, they charge $4 for a fries upgrade (since the burger comes with chips), and the fries themselves were just mediocre. I don't understand how that's an "upgrade" when a side of fries typically costs that much on its own. The toppings were another surprise -- $1 for each veggie like tomato, onion, and lettuce seemed a bit much. That being said, we really enjoyed the food. The burger was great -- one of the best I've had in a while. We also got the mango habanero wings as an appetizer (6 wings for $9.99), which were phenomenal. Service was also solid.

Food Review: Smoked Windham - 106 Main St, Windham, ME 04062 Appetizers: Fried Cauliflower Bites - Imagine gluten-free, hand-breaded cauliflower tossed in house-made buffalo sauce. Absolutely divine! Huge portions for just $9. A definite bang for your buck! Rating: 9/10 Burnt Ends (GF) - These slow-smoked, 16-hour wonders are like caramelized pieces of heaven. Whether you choose pork or another option, they are sweet, melt-in-your-mouth delightful, and utterly addicting! Rating: 9/10 Main Dishes: Chicken Wings with Sauce Flight - A culinary adventure! For just $5, the sauce flight lets you try four different sauces: blueberry chipotle, Thai chili, buffalo parmesan, and hot and tangy BBQ. Wings were crispy and perfectly cooked. I want to come back and try even more of their sauces!! Rating: 10/10 Ultimate Smoked Burger - This burger is a masterpiece. Two smash burgers, one with onions and one with bacon, layered with cheddar, BBQ pulled pork, and Hot N' Tangy BBQ sauce. Messy but worth every bite! Rating: 9/10 Mini Pulled Pork Sandwiches - A treat for meat lovers! Packed with flavor and just the right size for an indulgent snack. Rating: 9/10 Overall: Food: 9/10 Ambiance: 6/10 - They offer outdoor seating which is great for a sunny day! Affordability: 9/10 - Great value for the quality and quantity of food. Definitely a must-visit for barbecue enthusiasts. The sauce flight alone is worth the trip!

Went for a Brunch date, we shared fried pickles and Patty had fried egg sandwich and I had spicy buffalo cauliflower. All aspects were excellent!! We tried the Bloody Mary bar it had celery, olives, pepperoncinis, asparagus, lemons, and ‍ limes!! We started with Tito's Had Bella she was great! The place rocks

The new Menu looked and tasted much more like a bbq joint. The burnt ends and nachos were delicious as starters. The smoked patty melt w Gouda cheese and mushrooms was very good. I wish they had garnished a few more fries than pictured here. The wait was 30-40 minutes but with only 5 tables what can you do. Overall it was definitely worth it.

Four of us coming for the Wings dinner. I'm trying the Salt n Vinegar smoked wings, others are having Thai BBQ wings, Chernobyl wings, Valley Girl wings. The atmosphere is great. Full restaurant with a very friendly staff. Waitress is extremely nice! The food was excellent. Very tasty. I loved the salt n vinegar. Perfect!! Tried the Thai and Valley Girl. Both were very tasty. Not too hot for my liking. I would not try the Chernobyl, but they were all eaten. Safe to say they were delicious. The Mac n cheese was great along with the cornbread muffin topped off with apple butter. Fried pickles were excellent as well. The breading stayed on with each bite and were not a bit salty as I've had at other establishments. Definitely will return.

They rebranded this place and I gotta tell you, from someone who's cooked in restaurants for 15 years..they got it wrong. False advertisement of their food, blocked me for expressing my feedback etc etc. If they want to advertise certain foods, they need to get it right.

I appreciate offering a gift card to make up for the poor takeout experience. The food at the restaurant was much better. The service was excellent despite being busy.

This weekend I took my best friend and it was perfect, even in the middle of winter. The deck is still open with plenty of space heaters and even heated seat cushions. We actually got so warm we had to peel off layers, which feels like a small miracle in Maine. The two of us love a marg & taco outing, and make a point to scope out the best of the best. We started with chips and salsa and some queso, which were the perfect kickoff. Then we ordered the street corn succotash, my absolute favorite. It's packed with flavor and topped with the most delicious, salty cotija cheese that pulls everything together. I crave that dish. We split the smoked brisket tacos and the smoked pork carnitas tacos, and both were outstanding. The meat was smoky and tender, the flavors were bold without being overdone, and every bite delivered. And the margaritas? Excellent and refreshing. Exactly what you want alongside that food. On top of all that, the staff is consistently wonderful. Every single time we've gone, our waitstaff has been charming, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. They strike that perfect balance of checking in without hovering, and they make you feel welcome from start to finish. Terlingua never disappoints. There is zero atmosphere in the joint, wait staff weren't rude but seemed run off their feet, and the food was all served lukewarm at best. The tortilla soup was awful and served cold. Like I said, I really wanted to like the place but can't say I'd ever suggest anyone goes here. A flavor-free experience. It's also very expensive and not giving an itemized bill as the check is very sketchy.

Decided that's where we wanted to be. Bartender was friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face and enthusiasm in her voice. At first we were going to go with sharing a pizza then we read the sandwich menu and heard the special and promptly changed our minds. I had the Brisket sandwich on the menu and my GF had the chicken sandwich special with a lemon flavor combination with spices. Tried a THC drink and found ourselves giggling before our food arrived. The pickled vegetables that accompany the sandwiches were yummy as was the corn bread we shared. The brisket was perfect not dry at all and not super fatty. Chicken sandwich was very good, the crispy coating did not diminish with the sauce on the sandwich nor when additional BBQ sauce was added. They offer two types of BBQ sauce at every table and worth trying as they are in store made. Cole slaw was the only thing to fall short as it lacked any flavor. Crunchy but nothing to write home about. Marvelous experience and will be back with my husband in the near future. Great addition to the community.

Lets start with the Chive cakes. Unassuming at first, I got them and said "how good could these be?" - one bite put that thought to rest. Pair it with the dipping sauce and that whole experience gets jacked up a couple notches. Scallion pancake type dishes don't excite me much, but this one was my favorite to date. Just know going in - a scallion pancake (or chive in this case) is still just that - its not going to knock you onto the floor, they are just very good. Now the chicken, how the heck did they get the skin so crisp and feel so light? I preferred the leg over the thigh, it stayed a little more moist. The thigh wasn't dry by any means, but it didn't stay as juicy as I expected. That said the dipping sauce I got, Nam Jim Jaew helped pull it all together. It was salty, full of umami, had good acidity, nice freshness from the aromatics mixed in - all in all, this was a great meal and I'd definitely recommend making it a stop.
