We found seating and were attended to quickly for drinks and a menu. (A full order of wings gives you twelve large wings , we had lots of leftovers) buffalo was standard with mild heat, valley girl sauce had sweet notes with just mild heat. Garlic bbq was heavy on garlic and quite sweet and chicken fingers were nicely crispy and sauced to your liking. Hand cut fries were well done and malt vinegar was a plus. I came here on a Friday evening, and was surprised to see how packed the place was. The inside is nice, and the full bar makes for a good time. My wife and I had two different types of wings (hot and bbq teriyaki), and they were really good. The previous reviews described wings that had too much batter and that were soggy- I found neither of these to be true. Also, the wings were a good size- nothing tiny like at BWW. We also ordered the double play- sausage and brisket. I haven't tried the sausage because I was full, but I did manage to try the brisket. It isn't the worst thing ever, but also people should reasonably adjust expectations- we aren't in Texas. So for Maine, the bbq is pretty good. My daughter had a hot dog and fries- the fries were actually seasoned well, and fried crispy- no soft or raw fries here! The staff were awesome- very friendly and warm, super welcoming. This place has the best wings with great prices! I took my family here and my mother (who is very picky) loved it. She got the pastrami burnt ends. I got the tenders tossed in Valley Girl sauce (a blend of buffalo, bbq and honey mustard) and my brother got a pulled pork sandwich. Wednesday is the day to visit! Wednesday = 4/5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday = 2/5 I can't speak on the weekend experience. I would grade the ambience at 3/5, it's a wing joint with a bar, that's pretty much it. As to be expected, wings and tenders are always great; huge variety of sauces to pick from. The weekly specials are hit or miss; tacos and burgers are great while the poutine is to be avoided, especially if you're Canadian. The afternoon bartender on Wednesdays is phenomenal; always polite and charming and should train the waitstaff on how to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend you stop by on a Wednesday and have the pleasure of meeting Z, you won't regret it. If you visit during lunchtime on any other work day you will likely be dealing with a bartender who is pushy, abrasive, and devoid of any pleasantries or basic customer service skills; in a word: unprofessional. I don't visit often, only a few times a month, but I cannot recall a positive experience with "the other" bartender. Great local place... food was really flavorful without being super peppery or spicy. We started off with the burnt ends as the appetizer and got their garlic BBQ sauce and it was AMAZING!! A nice hint of sweet and savor BBQ sauce. Then ordered the Rachel with salt and vinegar fries, which completely hit the spot. My bf ordered the steak tip wrap with a side of coleslaw and was also plenty surprised... he was full without being stuffed. This place was exactly what I hoped it would be! Binga's of Yarmouth offers endless combinations of wings and sauces. As well as a plethora of wraps, apps, salads, sandwiches, and of course BBQ - from burnt ends to house-smoked ribs. BUT I came for wings! Never having eaten there before I spent a good amount of time studying the wing sauce descriptions they had everything from classic BBQ sauce to PB&Jelly. They had several dry rub options as well as "heater" sauces for those who like it spicy (like me). The table started of with an app of fried pickles. The pickles were perfectly seasoned with a flavorful breading that complimented the salty tang of the pickle. The portion-size was totally sharable among 4 adults. They came out fast and piping hot with a yummy side of house-made blanch sauce. I got a small traditional wings (bone in, breaded, and fried) with the classic buffalo sauce and a small traditional General Tso's sauce. Other's in my party ordered wraps one with chips and one with fries. The wraps were generously filled and my friends inhaled them while bragging about how delicious they were. I stole a fry and it was hot, crunchy, and well-seasoned. So I stole another one... The beer selection is almost as endless as the sauce selection! There is a mug club which seems to be popular, lots of mugs on the wall, and I noticed several guests were members by their mugs. Seating was fast, there was no wait even though the place was popular that night. The atmosphere was casual, not too noisy, the game was on. The waitstaff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The lighting and decor gave off a fun funky BBQ-y kind of vibe. The establishment was clean, restrooms were well-kept, and seems like they could handle a large group of people. I'm definitely going back because there a million more wing/sauce combos and beers for me to try. It lived up to my expectations for sure. We had quite the long day traveling and we were starving. We found out the place we wanted to try for Korean fried chicken was closed, so when I saw this place I checked out to see if they had any, nope. As soon as I saw salt and vinegar wings though I was sold on trying them out! 100% worth it and so happy we did. We got our order to go and they were done on time and the woman at the register was very nice and pleasant. Even though beforehand the prices seemed a little high we realized they were worth it. I'd definitely stick with the 6 piece bone in chicken though instead of the 3 piece tenders. The pickle chips weren't soggy at all so the breading stayed on them. It made them easier to eat and dip in between chomping on the wings without some soggy mess with the coating sliding off. I had the salt and vinegar wings which were definitely the best I've had, so crispy and also coated so so well. It had the salt and vinegar flavor along with what seemed like an all purpose kind of seasoning. It completely kicked them up a few notches. There wasn't any disappointment on how coated they were for sure! My fiancé had the General Tso's and he thought they were incredible. The sauce had a stickiness they were coated so nicely, had great flavor, and a touch of spicy in there. It was all cooked so well too. If we didn't live so far we would've had a second order right then and there for when we got home. We definitely will be visiting here again when we're in the area. It'll be fun to try the other flavors of wings too. Since we didn't sit inside I can't speak much on how it would be. It's bar area was busy, but not loud. It's small but that's actually really nice. We ordered a chicken Cesar wrap with grilled chicken to go and the chicken was pink and fatty and had a foul smell to it. This man at the front insisted that the meat was double cooked by HIMSELF and told my boyfriend if he doesn't like the chicken or how it's cooked then TO NEVER COME BACK!!?? My boyfriend works in the food industry and would never be rude about returning a dish but it was literally inedible. We have been customers for years but because of this employee's aggressive behavior defending PINK chicken we will literally never be returning to one of our favorite restaurants. Pretty good wings - very crispy and the variety of sauces is impressive. If you like spicy I highly recommend the honey chipotle sauce - it's a slow burn and so good I bought a bottle to bring home! This location has very few seats (the Windham location doesn't have much more, but they have outdoor seating in the summer), a reduced menu, and slightly worse service. Plenty of TVs to watch at the bar if you want. Mostly disappointed about the reduced menu. read more

The wings tasted pre-cooked, and reheated, like something you'd get from the Walmart hot food section at the end of the day. The hot sauce was supposed to be "dangerously hot", but I've had hotter mayonnaise. The check is electronic so you have to pay while they hold the device and the tip is pre-selected to 20 percent, so try to change it while they're holding it. Delicious food and friendly service. Food and location keeps us loyal to Binga's in Yarmouth. First the selection of sauces....wow, so many to choose from no matter what your preference is, sweet, smokey, spicy, creamy...you name the ingredient you like and you will most likely find it in the entire page of sauce options. Speaking of sauced...they have a full bar and a very respectable list of craft brew options. I love the fact they have New Belgium Fat Tire on draft....sooo smooth. A tall of this beer, prevents me from getting too cranky, while waiting for a table. Which leads me to the next topic, table availability. My one complaint, which took away a star, is the space. It's a small cramped dining space, the bar space is tight (not in a good way) and once you cram everyone around a table, the space on the table is limited. The good news - the reason why the table top space feels limited is the fact the portions are decent. Some of our favorite foods - Fried Broccoli appetizer - tastes like chicken tenders, Jewish Texan Sandwich, Boneless Tenders with Garlic Ranch, Brisket, Sliders, Fried Pickles, Wings. If only this place was a little bigger, so that you don't feel chairs bumping up against yours when sitting at the window tables. Parking - it looks limited, but there is plenty behind the building. Gah I just love this place so much! No matter where I go, I can't find better wings or tenders than Bingas. Especially wings that I legit CRAVE. I mean it's one thing just to crave wings, but I will specifically crave Binga's wings. These are my go to's on the menu: Tenders in either Valley/Spice girl (depending on the level of heat I'm feeling) or in Spicy Redneck Smoked wings with either original buffalo, diesel, or spicy redneck sauce. Always get fries, ALWAYS. Two words- Hand. Cut. I recently was on the run so I got the chicken wrap to go which is just basically tenders in whatever sauce you want, blanch, lettuce, tomato and cheese in a wrap. Perfect for if you need a fix but are on the road, however it was pretty messy. If I'm trying to be healthy I'll get the salad and add tenders to it. There really are a lot of options. I eat at the one n Portland a lot but came to the Yarmouth one as I had a hair cut in town and it was PACKED- this was on a Friday around lunch. I love that they have stories on their menu for reasons behind certain sauces - super cool. The only reason I don't go 5 stars is their servers aren't super friendly--it's almost like if you're not a regular they could care less about you. We are frequenters of Binga's. We have been there on weekdays and weekends. First, they are closed on Tuesday. It is a small space, with two large booths which you might have to share with other people, four small tables, and a bar with lots of seating. It is one open room, but for some reason doesn't seem to get loud. The beer selection is good. They have a wide variety on tap and in bottle. They have both craft and domestic beers, along with full bar. Sauce is their specialty. With a wide variety and selection, they have tenders and wing covered in your choice of sauce. The buffalo bacon nacho is great. And if you like spicy, they have sauces that they literally give you a disclaimer before you eat. Not for me, but maybe some of you want the challenge. Also, the BBQ plate options are quite plentiful and tasty. Their sides are great, the cornbread moist and sweet. Service is always attentive, and friendly even on a full restaurant night. We always feel welcome here. I have noticed families with kids here. I would not recommend this location for large parties with children.
