It didn't take very long for us to get our order; they have bread, pickles, beans and sauce you can help yourself to. The turkey was okay but it seemed a little dry or overcooked. The brisket is good, but the sandwich is just a little plain. Maybe the brisket is better when you order it sliced. The pork ribs were very interesting. The meat does come right off the rib and for a few of the pieces, it was mostly meat and no bone at all. On the other hand, some of the bones had very little meat on them. The meat was cooked to the point it's almost like jerky. Not in a bad way... the pork ribs are pretty good and just very different from anything I've ever had. Nice spices rubbed into the ribs. The BBQ sauce is pretty watery and not very special. It has some flavor but no punch or spice. The cole slaw is pretty average. I think it needs more vinegar and mayo.
