I really enjoyed my experience here. Ray helped me and was very knowledgeable (he's also a cutie). The shop was very clean and cute. They had a nice size inventory, I went to 2 other smoke shops around looking for a specific vape and found it here. They're not pricey and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I came as a first time visitor today! I absolutely loved their selection of tobacco. They had a decent selection of hookahs and everything was very reasonably priced. Also they have a sale going on. I was hesitant to try a new tobacco brand but I happen to love this brand way more! The smoke quality was phenomenal and the flavors were very strong and smelt amazing! I was in need of a 5/10 battery, and saw this shop while driving by. I read the sign on the door that said mask is mandatory, and only 2 customers in the store at a time. I put on my mask and went in. THere were three customers in the store when I entered. I waited on the far side of the store socially distancing myself. I waited patiently for over 5 minutes as the shopkeep went through a box of glass pieces looking for a combination to fit what the other customers were looking for. When my turn came I told the shopkeep I just needed a battery, and he showed me the section in which they are located. I then asked him what the diffrence is in price and performance. He then started to explain how to turn a particular model on, press the button 5 times for on, 5 times for off, 5 more times to adjust the temperature setting......I then interupted to state it might be a little to complicated as it is for my mother in law. WHen I stated that I was familiar with the Heavy Hitter, he chuckled and said "whoah! that is old. You know they went out of business?".I was a little urked by this comment as it was dismissive, and I only mentioned the brand hoping to relay to him how the particular battery operated. From then on things devolved. He then tells me that the temperature changing battaries are the best for oil. I then tell him it is going to be for a THC cartridge to which he replies with a smart ass smurk, "Yeah. That's what oil is. You know 710 upside down spells oil?" So I dismiss this remark as well, and think maybe I will get this battery for myself and give my mother in law my basic one. So I asked him to show me how the battery operates again. He replies with, "Like I already said. Press the button 5 times......" At this point I just tune him out because he seems irritated by me asking questions about his wares of which I know nothing about, and just seems like he really does not want to assist me. Ihave had it with his additude and tell myself in my head that I can go to any shop and I should not have to be made to feel like a burden, or treated this way. I then tell him to forget it, and doesn't say anything and starts to put the batteries away. I told him he didn't need to be an ass, and that this was my first time there. I asked him what's with the attitude, and he never even responds. He just watches me walk out the door with a good riddance look on his face. Needless to say, I will never shop at this store again.RUDE. read more
