Hello everyone, I am Patty and I've been coming to Royal Tabacco Shop for years now and the reason that I do is because of the shop owner, Mina. Mina is a personable, patient, open minded person. While purchasing my cigarettes (capris that are extremely difficult to find) I enjoy having very interesting and varied conversations with Mina. Excellent Service , every-time I come here I get the best Prices and an friendly service from the Manager wael. I find the range of tobacco flavours and products here much better than other Tobacco store. And the great prices for being a loyal customer. But I keep coming back because it is a safer Area and store, compared to other risky located businesses, and off course for the great deals Wael offers to regular customers. This is a very shady operation that sells unsafe products. They do not give receipts but they do give a discount for cash purchases. They never give store credit or refunds, even if their product injures you because they are "too small a business.". read more

Only two brands under $12 a piece. Everything else above twelve up to $20, the same cigars i could get for $3.90 tops at cigarbid.com , plus rude too, i was coming out without anything and que question me in public why i wasnt buying anything and i said because the prices are too high and he said "if you think the prices are too high please dont come back!" In front of other customers i wasnt complaining, he asked, and i answered honestly. I been buying from this guy for over 10 years and i cant believe that all this time he still treated me like a new customer even though i buy every month, incliding incense and cigar lighters, its a shame, here you are always will be just another customer. I own a business for 20 years in retailing and deal with customers every day and have never treated a customer like he had treated me and even less old time customers. Shame on you.
