The 2 guys that work at this place area always friendly. I think they're father and son? Anyway, they're both always prompt when giving service, i.e. not making you wait forever so you can get in and get out. I recently moved out here from the midwest and the mini cigarillos I buy here are actually cheaper(6.50 instead of 8 a pack)! The prices are either average or cheaper than average (cigarettes run about $4 a pack, black and mild about $4 a pack). Unfortunately the selection is limited. The largest part of their selection consists of pipes and things for people who roll their own tobacco, but I don't think I saw any canned/rolling tobacco? Anyway, for what they have the prices are discounted or about average. read more

Horrible services. I went in with my mom to purchase a vaporizer and the next day I had to take it back because it was leaking. I took it back and this young man was behind the counter and was so unbelievable rude and disrespectful... He asked me my religion, wether I was Christian or Muslim and when I stated Christian and said that my religion shouldn't matter he said no wonder and he proceeded to bash me and then started tapping his fingers on the glass table humming a melody and singing that he's broke and he has to pay rent and bills and he won't take it back. It was ridiculous. I straight turned around and walked out and didn't even care anymore about my faulty purchase. I felt my iq dropping in his presence. Horrible experience. The location is super convenient if you smoke and live in Dublin, because it is like right in the middle of Dublin. I suggest people dont go to this shop. i went in yesterday to get a basic dabber setup cuz i broke my custom piece. they didnt have a very good selection. i reluctantly bought a piece from him for 55 dollars, it was originally priced at 70. i asked him what kind of perc it was and he didnt know, i then asked how much water to put in and he told me the wrong amount. i then went to try the piece out and it was leaking water out f the downstem, so imediatlly i took it back and he didnt want to give me my money back saying he could only give me a different piece of same value because they "dont do refunds". after me asking if he was the owner he called the boss and i got a refund. im never going back not even for a swisher with there dumb customer service read more

I bought a diamond glass ash catcher from this store on my birthday and it was a really sick piece and it was a great deal. However, it broke during the first use and it was a clean cut. I called the store and the guy working there told me to come back in. After evaluating it and talking to his boss, we managed to settle a deal that I would get an exact replacement with a purchase of an item. This was a great deal and I was very pleased and I don't know whether it broke because it was just that particular piece. Good customer service, but not 100% sure about the products there. The new ash catcher works perfectly fine and is fine so far so I can't complain. read more
