Why have a sign saying "tobacco for less" and advertise as a vape shop if you don't have the ability to sell tobacco. Total waste of my time going there and just ruined my whole day because now I don't have time to go elsewhere and my vape ran out. It's a glass shop. Not a vape store. read more

Check around for prices before you buy, especially vaping equipment. I bought a Atmos Jump for nearly $100 bucks -- and it's about $50 online at reputable vaping sites. Talk about a mark-up. Also, the staff are alright, but not particularly engaged or engaging. That is, if you want a conversation beyond, "Give me a pack of Marley papers." "Sure." Also, I think this is a chain (even though the atmosphere seems otherwise), and I prefer supporting locally-owned businesses whenever I can. read more

Came here for a downstem replacement. Stopped here since I live in the area. Guy sold me a downstem for $18! It was even too short and the guy said they don't make any other sizes, and the size I was looking for was custom made. Went to Mellow Mood on Hawthorne right after and they had the correct size, for $10. Came back to Smokers r us/tobacco for less and gave them their downstem back. They guy wanted me to pick out something different as credit. Only issue is the selection is too limited and the just bad. DO NOT COME HERE FOR GLASS! read more

Had lots of stuff, but compared to other comparable stores the customer service was lacking. Went in to get something and spent 20 minutes waiting to get what I needed while the worker talked to another customer about nonsense without ever checking on me. I don't really care, stuff happens but I will gladly bring my money elsewhere. Just a bummer. read more

That worker doesn't desever that job. She was very rude and offensive. It was my first time there and I had the worst experience.

I was very impressed by their selection of pipes and the prices. Cheaper than I have seen around. It's all displayed nice and organized.

So I heard about this place from a fellow Yelper and also my regular spot MaryJanes said yeah check em out (they heard good things too) and as MaryJanes was out of my Kratom which I use for pain, I thought ok this is the perfect opportunity. So I first called and asked if they had Kratom in and the person that answered wasn't that friendly, and even though it wasn't just 8 pm yet, reminded me it they would be closed at 9pm. I told him yes i was aware. I was only 15 minutes away. So first I'm thinking, well this is going to be s great experience. But I was hurting bad. So I decided to go anyway, and I had 2 others vouch for them. So I get there (street parking only) and the place is nice, large. At first I don't think the guy thought I knew much, and maybe I was just one of those idiots looking to get a high. But once we started talking and he realized I actually knew about the products and was educated in the use of Kratom, it became a whole different experience. I get stupid kids, or idiots that have no idea about the product give it a bad name, and it those people that ruin it for people like me or others that actually use it for purposes that help me in life. Having Fibromyalgia, Lupus, MS, Neuropathy, CFS, Anxiety and other medical issues I can say that Kratom has been my savior! I have been off ALL narcotics for THREE YEARS because of Kratom, and there are no withdrawals. (I know this because I have gone without it for 2 weeks at a time) you could not do that if you were on narcotics such as Oxycodone or Narco. My doc does give me some for breakthrough pain EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. But I don't take it daily and I don't have a running prescription. So for me having good Kratom is important because i have found that I am able to live more of a "normal life". And now I can honestly say that I have found another place that sells great Kratom! I am absolutely satisfied with their products. I bought their Maeng Da Kratom & White Vein Kratom which I love for pain and both are excellent strains of Kratom! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely make this another place on my list to go! Thank you for the amazing service! read more

My first time in today. The girl working there seems to hate her job with no customer service to speak of. If you want a cigar, they sell the same ones at 7-11. Prices are average, I usually shop here for Kratom. Wish they opened earlier then 11:00am. Before you go in know what you are getting because the clerk that works here doesn't know much about Kratom or the effects/different strains. Other then that, it's okay. read more
