When i started vaping I bought my first supply's off the internet. everything wa broken and disgusting. I found SmokeStop Vapor and went in without any real knowledge of the products or what I needed. I was introduced by not only one owner, but both and a team of employee's that were assisting customers. I was given a lesson on the products and what I could buy that would help my 2 pack a day cigg. craving. I was shown some very high and expensive machines that normally I would have been told would be "the best" But they were not trying to make a sell they were trying to make sure a customer was getting the best product for their specific need. over the next month or two I had bough several of the larger adjustable batteries. But everyone of them got damaged and I was not sure what the problems were , but I am now sure it was my own fault they were being damaged. they replaced EVERY single battery I brought back. EVERYONE. But I finally decided that battery just wasn't the one for me. The point is they are not a business that is purely in it for the profitable aspect I can assure you they have lost profit form the battery's I had damaged. They are genuinely concerned about people who smoke cigg. and would rather see someone quit than make a buck. These vapor machines are not to stop nicotine, they are to help reduce the health hazards of it. when a person chooses to smoke around other people they are choosing to out that persons health in danger and they are not eve aware of the rancid way the smoking makes their breath and environment smell. Vapor does neither. Not only does the vapor eliminate the smell and risk of second hand smoke but it safe for people to fall asleep with one in their mouth. You can't burn your house down if you forget you have one on. Just that fact....makes it a million times worth the change, Thank you Gary and to your wonderful wife. You two have been life savers to so many. Thank you to the staff for always hanging out when I come in just to visit. I truly enjoy each of you and I look forward to your shop expanding even more. I have had many great experiences at this shop! I live in Walla Walla, Washington an don't have many options for e-cig shop's, so I decided to travel to Tri cities to find more variety for my e-cig needs. I found Smokestop and was pleasantly surprised to see a e-cig shop that actually had multiple options for hardware that were quality products at a good price, what a ecig shop SHOULD look like. Also, they had many different flavors of e-cig juice. The people there were more than willing to help me understand each product, how it works and help me with the current set up I had purchased in Walla Walla.
