I was looking for a local E-Cigarette shop to purchase eliquid for Vaping. I found SmokeStop Vapor online and gave them a call to find out their hours of operation Gary, the owner answered the phone. Because I was on a short time schedule for the next day and Gary actually opened an hour early so I could purchase a small supply of eliquid. That is service that you do not see very often these day. I would highly recommend shopping with SmokeStop Vapor for your Vaping needs. BTW, I have not smoked tabaco in over a week. Thanks Gary! read more

It's pretty discouraging when you hit the "call now" button and you hear "your call cannot be completed as dialed." Just leaving this as a heads-up to the owner, as I'm sure he receives some notice of his reviews - I hope he does, anyway....if you are still open and operating, your phone number does not go through. read more

Very good store. Got a decent variety of juices when I went (months before this review). Employee was very helpful, even let me try a flavor he had in his personal rig because the sample was not out. It was good to see a honest variety of juices from low to high end. Not the largest selection at the time though it was plenty enough for sure. The interior was so dull like the picture shows, it doesnt encourage you to stay. Again employee was great, although with him staying right infront of me the whole experience, I didnt feel like I got to relax and take my time and go thru all their flavors like I do my first few times in a place. If they had more stuff or services and a better atmosphere, this would be a 5 star. At the same time, the employees effort and thorough knowledge combined with patiences is the only reason this isnt a 3 star review. It has been 3 months at least since I last went. There is better, but they were a nice little spot and they beat the prices in Yakima for everything I asked about as well. read more

I visited Gary's store soon after it first opened. I talked to him for a few minutes and could tell he was not very knowledgeable about e cigarettes in general. he knew the bare minimum about the stock he sold in his shop, but little else. I asked him a few questions to which he did not have the answers. after about 4 questions he became agitated and very rude. i left very dissatisfied. my brother also bought a starter kit from Gary and had the same experience only worse. after 3 days his battery died and Gary refused to replace it, saying there was no warranty. This place is also incredibly inconsistent with their customer service. don't visit this shop. read more

I was annoyed that some disposables just stop on you and I was trying to get advice on a new one to try. As a manager at another retail store, this could have been an opportunity to sell me a good one for good money. I ended up with a cheap one to get me by because I wanted out of there. The energy was off. I just hate dread coming here because I never know what experience I'll have.

When i started vaping I bought my first supply's off the internet. everything wa broken and disgusting. I found SmokeStop Vapor and went in without any real knowledge of the products or what I needed. I was introduced by not only one owner, but both and a team of employee's that were assisting customers. I was given a lesson on the products and what I could buy that would help my 2 pack a day cigg. craving. I was shown some very high and expensive machines that normally I would have been told would be "the best" But they were not trying to make a sell they were trying to make sure a customer was getting the best product for their specific need. over the next month or two I had bough several of the larger adjustable batteries. But everyone of them got damaged and I was not sure what the problems were , but I am now sure it was my own fault they were being damaged. they replaced EVERY single battery I brought back. EVERYONE. But I finally decided that battery just wasn't the one for me. The point is they are not a business that is purely in it for the profitable aspect I can assure you they have lost profit form the battery's I had damaged. They are genuinely concerned about people who smoke cigg. and would rather see someone quit than make a buck. These vapor machines are not to stop nicotine, they are to help reduce the health hazards of it. when a person chooses to smoke around other people they are choosing to out that persons health in danger and they are not eve aware of the rancid way the smoking makes their breath and environment smell. Vapor does neither. Not only does the vapor eliminate the smell and risk of second hand smoke but it safe for people to fall asleep with one in their mouth. You can't burn your house down if you forget you have one on. Just that fact....makes it a million times worth the change, Thank you Gary and to your wonderful wife. You two have been life savers to so many. Thank you to the staff for always hanging out when I come in just to visit. I truly enjoy each of you and I look forward to your shop expanding even more. I have had many great experiences at this shop! I live in Walla Walla, Washington an don't have many options for e-cig shop's, so I decided to travel to Tri cities to find more variety for my e-cig needs. I found Smokestop and was pleasantly surprised to see a e-cig shop that actually had multiple options for hardware that were quality products at a good price, what a ecig shop SHOULD look like. Also, they had many different flavors of e-cig juice. The people there were more than willing to help me understand each product, how it works and help me with the current set up I had purchased in Walla Walla. I left there satisfied with my experience and have returned many times since to still receive excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this shop! read more
