After speaking with the manager Joey several times and being assured that I would receive the $25.00 credit I finally emailed Smokey Bones to inquire about it. Three emails and no response. We sat at the bar and waited at least 10 minutes for the plates from the previous customers to be cleared. Never once was the bar top sanitized. The bartender said they got slammed with GrubHub orders but the kitchen was catching up. We chose items that would be quick... Nachos, wings and a pulled chicken sandwich. It took almost an hour to get the food. And what we got was horrible! We finally did and she came out and she could clearly see what we were concerned about and offered to cook up fresh ones. I was afraid with the world today that it would get spit in. Then I thought they had to of gone to Alaska to catch the salmon, clean it and cook it because it took so so long. We were there for hours. Again there was nobody in the restaurants. I understand they probably had to clean the grills although they should have been clean before we got there with no customers. The second try came out and it was delicious but way to late at this point for the two of us to eat the entire dinner. I was SHOCKED after what we dealt with the manager NEVER even came back to our table to see if what we recieved was any better. So we gathered our leftovers and had to flag the waitress for our bill. I had a $25.00 certificate because of 2 burnt burnt burnt racks of ribs we got back in November. Then the manager only gave us $18.49 + $5.00 off our bill tonight. That does NOT add up to $25.00 and I'm shock I even got a bill after we clearly received an aweful dinner at NO fault of ours. Also the waitress never asked me for my point card to even get credit. As much as I used to go in there and with the constant turnover with your staff and management with NO GM in almost a year, I don't understand how your even still open.
