Happy hour burger. Upgraded to sweet potato fries

The smoked wings were delicious. Great Happy Hour specials. Margaritas were perfect. Nachos used old stale chips, would have been good if you could chew them... Mac and cheese is a hard pass! Dry noodles with sprinkle cheese melted on top with a ton of salt and pepper. Just nasty. Our server Bre was running that place. She did awesome handling the bar area and making drinks, running food, doing expo.... We've been in the industry for years so we recognize and saw her working hard. Music was old school cute. Should just give the kitchen crew the aux with their Drake playlist playing. lol. Restaurant was clean and had lots of TV's for sports.

My finance had some food delivered to me as a surprise so of course I was excited. BUT the steak was bone dry and over cooked, the broccoli was over cooked, the my did nothing with the potato besides boil it and the mac n' cheese was good but the cup wasn't full and the wings weren't completely cooked or seasoned. This was a major disappointment. The only thing they did right was deliver it while it was still warm.

If you want great tasting barbecue, try Smokey Bones (you won't go wrong)! Exceptional food and customer service. Look out Sonny's Barbecue!

It has been years since I have been to a Smokey Bones. We happen to come across the place while driving to Newnan in Peachtree City. I remember I had a loyalty card and it can build up perks on it depending on how often you go. I didn't have any of those needless to say, but I did have a coupon from an email to apply towards the order FTW! There are decent lunch specials and there is one on the Yelp app after checking in, which was for a sandwich and a side. I wasn't feeling a sandwich and went with a loaded pulled pork baked potato and Caesar side salad. Everything was so good and the cornbread was easily shared among all four of us. Don't forget to get the butter that the cornbread includes. Our excellent waitress did a wonderful job with taking our order and having it brought out in a decent amount of time. There are plenty of televisions to watch while waiting for the food if you're not talking. Our table was cleaned up as needed and the staff made sure we had everything we ordered.

Won't be ordering from Smokey Bones again. It's always been hit or miss and the most recent meal we had was a miss. You pay way too much to receive a "miss" as a meal. The ribeye was MEH, the potato was TINY, there wasn't enough broccoli and the salad... Lame. We were full but not satisfied after this meal.

12 fried buffalo hot wings with a side of loaded mashed potatoes.

12 fried buffalo hot wings with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. Food was good. Served in a timely manner. No complaints. Was a good meal. Plenty of televisions to watch. A nice sports bar.

    Can hardly break the cornbread.

I had heard of Smokey Bones and seen them in other states before but never visited. It was on my bucket list and when I saw the Peachtree City, Ga location my husband and I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was almost empty but the service and the food were wonderful. The ribs were falling-off-the-bone tender. So naturally the second time I went I expected the same experience. This time I ordered on line, picked the food up, and took it home. First, the ribs were dry like they had been reheated a couple times and had very little meat on the bones. Next, the Brunswick stew I ordered, with an upcharge, was missing. And the cornbread loaves, with another upcharge, were hard as bricks. I called the store and spoke to the manager who said he'd have to talk to the district manger and call me back Monday. He never called. I called again and talked to the district manager who said he'd have to talk to the manger and would call me back. He didn't. I then emailed the corporate office and again no one has contacted me. This is totally unbelievable! That's three levels of management that have ignored me as a customer with a legitimate complaint. I see why the restaurant was almost empty both times I visited. So my only recourse is to never go to another Smokey Bones and to write a review of my experience.

To go is faster that trying to get a table.

I arrived at 4:45, hoping to beat the dinner rush. Most of yhe restaurant was empty, there was one family ahead of me. I was told there was a wait. 1 hour later, 30+ families left because the wait kept growing. Tables remained empty, I counted 17 employees all looking like they were filling to go orders??? So I ordered to go, pickup. 15 minutes late my food was ready. Still haven't been paged for my table, 90% were empty now. Ribs tasted ok, but were very tough. The Brunswick Stew tasted like a can of tomato sauce. Cole Slaw was good.

Two containers of ranch dressing for 24 wings. These aren't even 1/4 full.

Prices are high. The dining area is much cleaner than it used to be. The only item I've found to be worth the cost is the Memphis dry rub wings. And yes, they are dang good! But check your ranch dressing when you get your pickup order. No kidding, these containers for 24 wings may be 1/4 filled at the most.

    They have a full bar.

The restaurant atmosphere was great. They have a bar that was well stocked and televisions around so that if you were watching a game you could see nearby. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. We placed our order and it was hard to choose because everything looks so good. The food came out out tasting great and the drinks were good. The ribs were tender and the flavor on the wings was great.

It's been years since I last visited any Smokey Bones restaurants so I was excited about the chance to sit down at the bar and have a brew and some bones. The experience was like I remembered, good food, good service. They carry a large tap selection of beer, but I stuck to my normal Moc Ultra. I got a small rack of ribs which were served hot and well seasoned.

This location is fairly new to the area but located in the popular Avenues shopping district. The inside was spotless and beautiful with KPop videos playing on the TV screens. My mom let me choose the menu, so we went with AYCE Option B. We tried the beef brisket, beef bulgogi, soy-marinated chicken, and onion & garlic marinated beef steak, and everything was high-quality cuts of meat. The flavors were great, and nothing tasted cheap or overly processed like you sometimes get with all-you-can-eat spots. Our waitress was incredibly nice and helpful. She actually tended the grill for us and made sure everything cooked perfectly, which made the experience much easier for my mom since it was her first time. They also change out the grill tops after each round of meat, which keeps everything clean and the flavors fresh. This is a great addition to the Peachtree City dining scene and definitely worth checking out. They even offer lunch specials in the $13-$15 range, which is a really good deal. The best part? My mom is already asking to go back, and she's usually not the most adventurous eater, so that says a lot.

The area where we were seated was a bit cramped, which made it difficult and awkward for our magnificent servers ( Stacy and Carlos) to serve. We ordered the calamari appetizer. Everyone at the y table loved it except me really enjoyed it. I like my squid a little less squishy... the sauce was nice, though. My entree, the crusted trout was simply magnificent. It was cooked perfectly! The crispness of the coating was just right as was the texture of the fish. The mushroom and dried red pepper yum y topping the fish was oh, so good! I could have used a little more of that. I wish that the fish had cone with a vegetable side. It came with rice (which had some very hard nots in it) , but nothing green. In order to get a vegetable, you have to order a side for two. They also don't let you substitute the side that comes with your dish for another. Ultimately, I went without. We had margarita, 5 o'clock somewhere, and a flight of mimosas. They were all quite good. We finished the meal with the carrot cake and fried apple pies. The apple pies are reminiscent of old school McDonald's fried pies. But the star of the show was the carrot cake. If you don't get this...I feel sorry for you. It is truly the best I EVER had. Moist, flavorful, fluffy cream cheese icing. It was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant. They have done a great job and are determined to please you. First, I will say that I love the renovations and new decor. Reminds you of a lush 5-star steakhouse. Servers are still friendly and attentive. But the quality of the food served now is hit or miss. We started with the crab cake appetizer and it was delicious. We were a little disappointed that they were out of the kids' chicken tenders but they accommodated us by providing grilled chicken breast instead. We ordered the lobster ravioli and grilled halibut entrees. The lobster ravioli was pretty good. But after a few bites of the halibut filet.. I saw that it was undercooked! I mean almost raw in the center!! I was so disappointed! The dish tasted okay yet nothing to rave about. For a high-end restaurant this is unacceptable. When the server asked if I wanted a to-go box for my meal since everyone else had finished theirs, I showed him the raw fish and he apologized and said he was going to show it to the chef and took my plate away. A manager never came to our table to apologize, but we heard someone from the kitchen say to our waiter 'offer them a free dessert!' They did comp my entree without us asking for it and gave us free dessert. But after not being able to finish my meal and feeling sick that I had potentially eaten raw fish, I was done. Our waiter was very gracious about it and the other wait staff have been so nice to us over the years. It's just sad to see this place go down.
