It was lunch time and I was hungry so yes pizza sounded wonderful. It was after lunch rush so there was no one in the dining area. I didn't really look at the menu before getting into the restaurant. I was hoping they sold slices but they do not. The employees were wonderful and explained only whole pies. I asked how long a pizza would take and they said 10-20 minutes. So we definitely had time to wait. It was quiet in the restaurant. Inside was very clean. The pizza was good. Just the right amount of cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was hot like molten lava and I was impatient.. my roof of my mouth suffered. The small was plenty for two people to share. The sauce was on the sweeter side meaning it wasn't overly herby like some pizzerias can be. We definitely will be back. Next time we will call our order in or order online. First time here overall decent. Don't take offense Smokey's I'm from NY. Food/Drink: Pizza by the pie only. Partial Italian style menu with some Mexican, and American thrown into it. Pizza: Needed more crunch not too much, left me wanting more of a bite. Calzones we're cool inside and hot outside. Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, area. Benches, large counter. Plenty of seating! Prices: expected. Buffalo chicken calzone and a 20 oz Diet Pepsi. $13 Parking: Plenty of space, shared strip mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and gender neutral. Atmosphere: During the Sunday dinner rush, It was empty. Staff/Attendants: Staff overall nice. Seemed to make a few mistakes as ppl came into the shop. Mine was good. It's good , but idk why they had to change the menu and does not have chicken anymore so I can't get my favorite chicken quesadilla , but my old man loves the spheghetti and meat balls and also the Alfredo, but it used to be a lot better with chicken in it! Their pizzas are ok , but of course they don't have pineapple so I can't have my favorite Hawaiian pizza anymore Bring back the chicken because not everyone likes the same ol hamburgers and stuff all the time.. You're supposed to listen to the customers because I had to start using door dash because this is the only place that will deliver to my house and now they are losing my service because they screwed up the menu and it's just not as good as it was before!! Okay food, nothing special. I wish I could have gotten more than 8 wedges with my to go food. When I called, there was no 'Thank you for calling Smokey's, how can I help you?'. We've spent thousands with this business, but suddenly their ability to deliver has cratered. When I called the last time, I was told the owner "didn't want to deal" with our neighborhood of 36+ homes... yet he was the person delivering the food that night and the call was inquiring why our order was 2 hours late. Their pizza is a little better than Dominoes, but they've seriously dropped the ball on customer service. If I were the owner, I'd be seriously examining how this business operates. I had a love for this place when the food is good. And they can make excellent pizza. But they have a problem with consistency. That being said, I continue to eat here, even though I'm picky. But I have eaten here less frequently due to the inconsistency. I get delivery a lot. They are fast at delivery and I much prefer this delivery over Dominos or any of the other typical places. Their prices are reasonable. I would give them a higher score if they could get it right "most" of the time. But they struggle with that. It seemed better a couple of years ago. But something changed??? I would recommend this if you want delivery and your choices were Smokeys or Dominos or Little Ceasars. UPDATE: 12/17 I called in a pick-up order and was told it would be 25 minutes before I could pick it up, which seemed crazy. I was nearby so I went ahead and stopped and there was not a sole in the restaurant. There were three people working and, other than some obvious call-in orders, there was zero indication they were as busy as she claimed on the phone. At 7:30 pm call ask for status of order, informed it will be right out unexpectedly busy night. 8:00 pm order arrives, I live 6 minutes away, I ask driver who looks very very unprofessional busy night. He responds no. Get my pizza box is stone cold I ask why is it cold and two hours late. He says sorry you need to call the manager. Call ask for manager told he is busy, what do you need? I stated my pizza was two hours late, cold and I was still required to pay full price I think this is not fair. We ordered three large pizzas and one of them was delivered with all toppings shifted to the front of the box so I called and the person who answered the phone asked very rudely if I wanted another pizza brought out I said yes and the replacement pizza was undercooked had very little to no sauce or toppings . I typically do not write a review unless a place is REALLY bad, but after reading some of the negative reviews posted for Smokeys, I had to leave one to stand up for them. Every order my wife and I have ordered from them so far (always delivery from Smokeys West), has been absolutely delicious, warm, and delivered in a timely manner. I have been pleasantly surprised at how every order arrives so quickly, and we live quite a way from them. We discovered Smokeys only, I'd say,12-18 months ago. In the 30+ years my wife and I have been married, we have rarely ordered food for delivery, because we preferred our home-cooked food. Things have changed due to my having had cancer twice in the past 4 years, which has reduced my energy levels considerably. We called Smokeys to see if they delivered to our neighborhood; they did. Our first order was a Supreme calzone for me, and a Baked manicotti for her. It arrived quickly, was as warm as if we had received it at a seat in a restaurant, and was absolutely delicious. We each surrendered a taste of each other's order, and both agreed that it was the best we'd had in each case. One thing I must admit is that since that first order, we have ordered calzone and manicotti every time (can't get it that good anywhere else). One exception was a pizza we ordered; when you are considered a "regular customer", they send you a coupon for free stuff from time to time. The first one they sent us was for a free pizza, which we redeemed, and the pizza was great too. When we ordered it, even though it was more than a meal for both of us, we also ordered a CALZONE and a MANICOTTI ! We put those in the fridge and had them for dinner on another night, and as usual, they were great. Bottom line is, neither me nor my wife are acquaintances of anyone associated with Smokeys in any way, and would not recognize any owners or employees if we passed them on the street. I don't know WHAT happened to the people who say that they received food that wasn't tasty, was cold, or arrived late. I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with Smokeys. If you haven't tried this restaurant, do not let these negative reviews keep you from doing so; if you do go by the negative reviews, you may well miss out on some of the best food around. read more

Delivery for a Friday evening was really fast. The wings and salad were on point. Wings were crispy, hot, and sauced nicely which is hard to achieve with delivery. The Salad was made with fresh ingredients, big, and offered plenty of dressing. The pizza was ok, at best. They make a good sauce, but use it sparingly. I ordered extra sauce and was still scarce. They use a good amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was the main letdown. I'm not a fan of the bread type crust which is what this was. I have been here many times. We usually get Italian side of the menu which is great. Today we tried the burgers and I must say very disappointed. Tasteless and the burns were burnt.
