The salsa has a bit of a bite, but delicious nonetheless. My only knock was that once we were done the server took out remaking tortillas and put them back in the warmer for the next table. Not worried about germs, after all we are in a giant palapa. But the fact that they wouldn't toss them out or give them to the people that needed it outside the entrance.
