Every other patron had similar waits. In the entire time I was there, they served fewer than a dozen drinks. Think about it, 7 people working 11 drinks in 13 minutes. It was astoundingly bad. At least one person walked away in frustration without their drink, and several people mentioned to people about to order - "don't bother, it's taking forever". The working manager didn't chip in to help (he seemed to be more interested in looking at paperwork, despite the long waits and slow service). Starbucks should fix this - it is a real problem.
