The good thing about Pop Mart in Victoria Gardens is that it has a great selection of different…read morecollectibles and designer toys. There were plenty of various original series blind boxes to choose from, and it was fun browsing all the options. They are always out of labubus though. If you're looking for something specific, or just want to see what's new, there's a good chance you'll find it here. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very welcoming. The staff were watching their customers too closely, and the overall experience felt a bit cold. On top of that, the prices were noticeably higher, around $20 to $30, for each of their blind boxes. A whole set of blind boxes will set you back $250.00 to $350.00. For cute cheap plastic toys that are trendy and will end up in a landfill someday, these prices are way too much. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you're after a wide variety of blind boxes, but the high prices and lackluster customer service make it hard to give more than three stars.

Glad to see everything was selling at MSRP as well so you don't have to deal with the folks who try to buy everything out and sell for secondary prices. I didn't get anything on this visit, but I will be returning when I'm shopping for holiday gifts for my nieces .

This is the OG POPMART location that I first started going to and started my love for Pino Jellies…read more Over the years and through the hype, this POPMART is constantly busy and packed. As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. As an avid collector, I'm still a fan and still adore this location. My only hint to visitors: park in the building next to Din Tai Fung for the easiest and quickest access to the store!

I would not recommend purchasing any items from the South Coast Plaza storefront. We purchased a…read morefew of the skull panda blind boxes and within the first two days of having the toy pendant, one arm fell off and then within the week, the second arm fell off. We came in within 30 days of purchase and spoke to 2 employees (a counter employee and the manager) about the problem requesting an exchange. I did not have the receipt, as it had been discarded after opening, but the manager had me entertain him by searching for a spot with good cell phone reception (providing proof of purchase within 30 days) and after all the time spent re-explaining the problem and finding a place in the mall with good cell phone reception, and logging into my credit card account, was still told there was nothing they could do about it. That is terrible customer service! Why would you waste a Customer's time and effort if you plan on not resolving the situation? I did not intend to pay over $30 for a poorly sewn product and do not recommend doing business with the South Coast Plaza Popmart store.

I had my daughter's ears pierced here without any issues. We do continue to come in occasionally to see what new products are available since my daughter loves it here. We have always been greeted and treated good while at this location. Prices can get a bit steep depending on what kind of purchase you are making. They have a good selection of earrings and hair accessories along w/toys that always catch the younger one's eyes.

What a disaster. We called before we came to make sure that they pierced babies ears. We even let…read morethem know that the baby was five months old. They stated that they did when we arrived. I asked the questions like any concerned person and they said they do piercings every Sunday for babies and have much experience. However, when we picked which piercing we wanted for the baby, the woman should have told us that she only had one piercing set of that earring. That way if she messed up, we would know that she had to do two different earrings in the babies ears. I am beyond furious first and foremost. The first ear was fine. Yes, the baby whined, which was to be expected but it went smooth. The anger and frustration is with the second ear. The piercing didn't go through, but it made a hole in the babies ear. Then she said that she had no more of that specific earring, and if we wanted to pierce the babies ear again in that ear, we would have to use a completely different earring. Please keep in mind that this means that the baby has to have the earring in her ear for 1 month before it's taken out , so the babies gonna be walking around with two different earrings for 1 month. What a joke. And the piercing for the gun made a hole in the babies ear so the concern about making two holes in one ear was skyrocketed. I do not recommend coming here or to any Claire's to get your babies Ears pierced go to a professional place that pierces babies ears. Even this place and all Claire's do not have the backing of the earring for a baby to protect the babies ear. I recommend the next time you go anywhere or if you do decide to go to Claire's to pierce your baby make sure they have more than one of that earring that way if they mess up or the gun jams the way it did with ours they can put that same earring in. I've never in my life known, heard or seen, an earring get stuck in a babies ear and not go through. I should have never paid anything in fact, putting two holes in the babies one ear should be some sort of lawsuit. Still ended up paying over $90, never ever again.
