The staff here always rocks. Mikey and Willie made me smile and that's always a bonus. I wish they would get the Smokies edibles back. Maybe soon???? read more

After years of being a weekly customer, I had the audacity to ask why this location, and only this location, has a horrible selection of flower. They offer sales and discounts on products they don't carry. This location won't keep ounces in stock. They inflate the prices of the smaller products. And everything else. This location is about 10% more expensive than the other locations. The next closest location( that does keep the selection current and available)won't deliver to my area. They will not order for a customer. If they don't have it, you're SOL. The staff's knowledge of product and inventory is nowhere to be found. And customer service (other than security) is something they know nothing about. Disappointing. read more

They care until they don't. I had such an awful experience that 7 months later it's still bothering me enough to come rate it on yelp. I had only done one on Google. People should know. It wasn't about the ID, it was how I was treated. It had all been fake. Please read the following review I posted on Google 7 months ago.: This is critical information to know about who you are giving money to. Below are the facts. But TLDR, even if it feels friendly and like your second home for years, when faced with an opportunity to return loyalty, the manager, Richard, won't. But, most importantly, he won't be even remotely warm about it. And you may very well walk away feeling belittled and insignificant and a little taken advantage of. You may feel condescended to and if you're a woman you might question what a woman might question. But you will absolutely feel disposable. The day of the incident, I wrote the following statement of facts: I've been a regular loyal customer of my dispensary for 3 years. I've spent a lot of money at my dispensary over the last 3 years. The staff, especially the security officer recognize me when I walk in. My visit prior to this visit I had forgotten my identification but the door attendant was understanding and let me tell him my drivers license number and show him my debit card with my name on it as a one time exception since they did know me. (See below note.) Today's visit to the dispensary started the same as all of my other visits until I encountered Richard, the lobby attendant and manager of the dispensary. I realized I hadn't put my ID back in my purse and explained to him that I didn't have ID, but I did know the number and could show him my big stack of cards with my name on them. And that they were able to do it as an exception before by looking it up. Richard's response was to tell me he couldn't make an exception because an exception had already been made. I pleaded with him to please give me an exception and that I swore it wouldn't happen again. When I asked for a second he replied that they had already. I attempted to reason with Richard that it was obvious who I was. He stated that "you have to have ID to go places." I replied that I understood that he has discretion and authority to make exceptions and that I was a regular who has spent quite a lot of money over the years at his dispensary. He reaffirmed his decision, speaking detached, unaffected, and unsympathetic. I left, telling him I wouldn't be back. (I did have to come back with my ID because I didn't have time to find a different dispensary in the time I had available. Richard was not present when I returned. On my way out, I told the security officer that I really appreciated him and how kind he had been to me over the years and to please let his manager know that I understood his authority and that I was a writer who would be writing letters and reviews.) This review is cross posted across platforms. Note: In hindsight I recall the original person who helped me had me pull up a photo of my ID on my phone. I didn't remember that at the time of the incident today, but Richard did not offer any solutions to help me. read more

March and Ash Dispensary Sabre Springs - Summeron the mountain free is good ! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - San Diego, California

Oh wow, I'm completely surprised by not only the behavior here with the lack of quality usually, I like March Ash, but for some reason this location has a team lead with a beard who's basically calling his product Trash, which I'm starting to agree because the qualities is very subpar of this location read more

this place is way too overpriced. they took away the point system, saying they would reduce prices. hasn't happened. they said they would have better inventory. hasn't happened. not going here anymore. read more

Great service and selection. Used to frequent Medmen but they went bankrupt. Amazing variety of flowers and better value than other dispensaries. Top notch service. Will return. read more

Whomever bought this obvi didn't understand the reason why people loved March and ash. The prices have not been the same or even close to what they were before. They are always out of the favorites. And the pricing is so dumb. Getting ripped off in real time is nuts. Used to be my favorite store but I gotta say the new owner must not really care. Standing next to two other customers just as disappointed as i was. I love all the people who work there. You can tell it hasn't been the same for them either. They get the short end of new ownership and that's a lot of pressure on a team that has nurtured their clientele previous to the transfer of business. Good luck to whoever goes. You don't know what will be available what days. read more

Love this store, been coming for years, but they took away the rewards system!! That's a huge part of the reason I have been coming here for so long. The staff is friendly, the products are great, but most importantly, it's a REWARDING experience. I had a lot of points saved up too!!! Sad to see them take that away from customers. Dispensaries used to give out samples and make the experience an abundant one. What are they too broke to let us rack up a five dollar coupon?? Sad. I'm going to a different dispensary going forward. One that rewards a loyal customer like myself!! read more

First time I coming here I bought an all in one vape and it turned out to be faulty. They refused an exchange. Will not be coming here again I recommend you go to mankind cooperative they're much more reasonably priced and fair when it comes to exchanges. read more

This place is amazing! High quality workers and high quality product. The ambiance here is beautiful too. Thank you to Rhettry for the amazing service ! I will back read more

Coming here for a while and disappointed their prices fluctuate so much. Tried to use my points slash credit and they told me they were under new ownership and didn't the points anymore. Supper bummer. Wish I would have known to use them earlier! If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

Kind of bummed at the new ownership. The shelves are half empty and some of my favorite drinks are no longer there. Can we please get Uncle Arnie's back? Staff is always nice there. read more

This place is the absolute worst. They jack up the prices 30% and then have a 30% off sale. Parking lot is way too small. People are nice but be wary. read more

This used to be my go to place for gummy's to sleep. I went there today and learned they had a new owner. They took away the point system they used to have which gave small discounts and they jacked up their prices by 25%. I will be finding a new location to get my needs met. Perhaps if enough people do the same, they will bring the prices back down to where they should be. read more

After being a loyal customer for the last 5 years, I'm now looking for a better dispensary for my needs. I spend $400+ a month here and it's becoming like a rip off every week. Prices have gone up dramatically in the last 3 months or since the new owners took over. They can careless about your loyalty, I'm so done with the one rude bud tender that only greets the girls and treat us guys like 2nd class customers . I can sense a simp a mile away. Bye and I hope y'all go bankrupt soon!! read more

Got a bunch of $5 pre rolls. They have a good loyalty program. And got alot of different brands. The staff is always nice. Definitely recommend getting weed here read more

Loved going there before new owner , looks like the new owner stole all my credit that I had from before and now no daily deals at all , definitely will not be returning , shame on the new ownership read more

If you are desperate and need a quick stop then come here but honestly this place is soooooo over priced no deals and their supplies are so limited. They use to have good variety of things but now everytime I do go they never have anything. Like I said if you are desperate and need something NOW and you are in the suburbs then fine but if you are not desperate this place ain't it. read more

Way overpriced, terrible selection, if you're cool with picking from a selection of maybe 5 pre-rolls on a good day then this is your spot. I can't speak to flower but that looked lacking as well. It's one of those spots that could be a third of the size and still have room on the shelves. Make sure not to miss out on their merch, seems like they have a better selection of that lol. read more

They advertise no sales tax on Tuesdays but this is fake news. They need to stop with this phony ploy. My Tuesday order had full sales tax. Clerk argued with me instead of fixing the problem. No bueno. read more

Excellent customer service. Great value and selection. Fast pickup is perfect for a neighborhood dispensary.

Very small dispensary, cramped parking lot, occasional foot traffic jams and you'll have to wait outside. Prices do not include tax so factor 30% of your purchase price for taxes. Small interior as well. Limited product stock, no real customer service. You have to flag someone down to buy what you want. Products are segregated, meaning flowers locked away on one side, edibles on another, distillates are locked up requiring flagging down one of the workers. read more

It's nice inside and the workers are great but its Waaaay overpriced and took away the rewards

The service and selection was amazing not to mention the place had a great layout and design. I got 30% off for my first purchase which was awesome. I recommend you try them out. read more

Do not shop here, greedy new owner and prices are intentionally raised due to lack of competition in the area, they removed the point system and restocks are way worse then before . staff is cool but i feel bad they got to deal with the upset customers the owner is creating now for no reason read more

Don't waste your money...drive to Mission Valley. Price is almost double. I got fooled once but not twice!

Exceptional!! My wife and I went here for the first time, and we were assisted by Dave. He did a phenomenal job of explaining everything, and assisting us with the set up. I Highly Reccomend this location for anyone in search of quality CBD! read more

This review is for an employee specifically, Caucasian male, long hair, tattoos & specifically an eye ball tattoo on his elbow. This man was extremely rude & unprofessional... I approached him at the cash register and asked if I could ask him a quick question. Mind you it's my first time at this location, so I was looking for brief help. He proceeds to tell me he's busy helping someone else who was at the ATM and brushed me off. Seconds later another customer comes up and asks for help & this man helps him with no questions asked. I find it very disrespectful and upsetting that it's that easy for someone to treat one customer one way but not the next. If you're busy, you're busy. Completely understandable. Will not be returning to this location and will not recommend to friends or family. Customer service & kindness goes along way. read more

I dont know who the guy working the ID counter on Wednesday evening think he is. I've never been treated that blatantly rude before, all I did was ask him some questions he could not answer, so he said and I quote "get out of here" im all what did you say, and he said " just get out of here. So then I asked to speak to the manager, and he said again, no, just get out of here. He's not gonna answer your questions. And then I told him, I don't want to talk to him about my questions.I want to talk to him about your attitude and again. He refused to get the manager, he said, no.Just get out of here. We're enclosed in glass so I can't really yell for the manager.I've never heard of that before. If you're in an establishment and you're not happy and you ask for the manager that employee, better get you the manager.I've never ever ever experienced such a uncompetent person at a counter before. And believe you me, I spent a lot of money in that place might have to take it somewhere else now. read more

Decent service, decent pricing, decent staff. Nothing crazy impressive. They do the job well. Parking can suck depending on when you stop by. Sometimes the lines can be long but that's anywhere. No early birds special but they're tax free on Tuesdays. Overall I'd recommend checking this place out if you're nearby. read more

I wish I could give a worse rating. Whoever works the front on Friday afternoons is absolutely terrible. His whole job is to check IDs and he couldn't tell if mine was real. (I'm 22 btw) He then proceeded to look up my address on Zillow and continued to tell me he didn't believe that was my house. Complete power trip for absolutely no reason. If your job is to check IDs then you should know the difference between a real and a fake. How is that your only job and you can't do it. Mind boggling to me. read more

I showed up at 8:57pm and was turned away. I understand it's a few minutes before closing and everyone wants to go home, but a few minutes before close means you're still open. I was turned away and told I "could just go to the one in Mission Valley". This would add an extra 40 minutes and 40 miles of driving, and thats not to mention the time and gas I've already spent getting to the Sabre Springs location. It's incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I honestly felt so disappointed. I was a regular at this location and I always bring some cash for a tip. I liked to think that (at least to some degree) I was valued as a customer. read more
