You matter here until you don't. This is critical information to know about who you are giving money to. Below are the facts. TLDR, even if it feels friendly and like your second home for years, when faced with an opportunity to return loyalty, the manager, Richard, won't. But, most importantly, he won't be even remotely warm about it. And you may very well walk away feeling belittled and insignificant and a little taken advantage of. You may feel condescended to and if you're a woman you might question what a woman might question. But you will absolutely feel disposable. The day of the incident, I wrote the following statement of facts: I've been a regular loyal customer of my dispensary for 3 years. I've spent a lot of money at my dispensary over the last 3 years. The staff, especially the security officer recognize me when I walk in. My visit prior to this visit I had forgotten my identification but the door attendant was understanding and let me tell him my drivers license number and show him my debit card with my name on it as a one time exception since they did know me. (See below note.) Today's visit to the dispensary started the same as all of my other visits until I encountered Richard, the lobby attendant and manager of the dispensary. I realized I hadn't put my ID back in my purse and explained to him that I didn't have ID, but I did know the number and could show him my big stack of cards with my name on them. And that they were able to do it as an exception before by looking it up. Richard's response was to tell me he couldn't make an exception because an exception had already been made. I pleaded with him to please give me an exception and that I swore it wouldn't happen again. When I asked for a second he replied that they had already. I attempted to reason with Richard that it was obvious who I was. He stated that "you have to have ID to go places." I replied that I understood that he has discretion and authority to make exceptions and that I was a regular who has spent quite a lot of money over the years at his dispensary. He reaffirmed his decision, speaking detached, unaffected, and unsympathetic. I left, telling him I wouldn't be back. (I did have to come back with my ID because I didn't have time to find a different dispensary in the time I had available. Richard was not present when I returned. On my way out, I told the security officer that I really appreciated him and how kind he had been to me over the years and to please let his manager know that I understood his authority and that I was a writer who would be writing letters and reviews.) This review is cross posted across platforms. Note: In hindsight I recall the original person who helped me had me pull up a photo of my ID on my phone. I didn't remember that at the time of the incident today, but Richard did not offer any solutions to help me. read more

Whomever bought this obvi didn't understand the reason why people loved March and ash. The prices have not been the same or even close to what they were before. They are always out of the favorites. And the pricing is so dumb. Getting ripped off in real time is nuts. Used to be my favorite store but I gotta say the new owner must not really care. Standing next to two other customers just as disappointed as i was. I love all the people who work there. You can tell it hasn't been the same for them either. Way overpriced, terrible selection, if you're cool with picking from a selection of maybe 5 pre-rolls on a good day then this is your spot. I can't speak to flower but that looked lacking as well. Very small dispensary, cramped parking lot, occasional foot traffic jams and you'll have to wait outside. Prices do not include tax so factor 30% of your purchase price for taxes. Small interior as well. Limited product stock, no real customer service. You have to flag someone down to buy what you want. Products are segregated, meaning flowers locked away on one side, edibles on another, distillates are locked up requiring flagging down one of the workers. read more

This review is for an employee specifically, Caucasian male, long hair, tattoos & specifically an eye ball tattoo on his elbow. This man was extremely rude & unprofessional... I approached him at the cash register and asked if I could ask him a quick question. Mind you it's my first time at this location, so I was looking for brief help. He proceeds to tell me he's busy helping someone else who was at the ATM and brushed me off. Seconds later another customer comes up and asks for help & this man helps him with no questions asked. I find it very disrespectful and upsetting that it's that easy for someone to treat one customer one way but not the next. If you're busy, you're busy. Completely understandable. I wish I could give a worse rating. Whoever works the front on Friday afternoons is absolutely terrible. His whole job is to check IDs and he couldn't tell if mine was real. (I'm 22 btw) He then proceeded to look up my address on Zillow and continued to tell me he didn't believe that was my house. Complete power trip for absolutely no reason. I was turned away and told I "could just go to the one in Mission Valley". Yesss this Dispensary is awesomee, Im from Hawaii and we were in Rancho Bernado for a week, and this place had a great selection. We just get prerolls but they were goood got one called Glitterbomb and it was so bomb, and the prices werent bad either.
