They suggested we try the Bourbon Street and we bought a small but should have bought a large because it's SO good. A little, garlicky and a little sweet spice. I ordered a $40 bag of popcorn for my spouse that loves the popcorn but never received any tracking info or estimated delivery time, just one email showing order placement. So, one day when the package arrived it was found opened up by some animal. I wish the online ordering process would allow tracking info so these type of things could be prevented. I was looking all over for some gourmet popcorn for my husband. Oreo and fruity gourmet popcorn to be exact! I tried several other popcorn shops in Gatlinburg (most of which was gross or extremely overpriced) and was feeling defeated when we found this place. Their prices are fair (at least compared to the other places we checked) and their popcorn tastes great, not to mention the huge selection of flavors, all of which can be sampled before buying (limit 2 samples a person, 4 a family). They have a huge variety of popcorn and they continue to come up with new flavors. Everytime I'm in Pigeon Forge I have to stop here. You can sample.. I think you can get 2 samples per person. And they have specials. You are also able to mix and match... we did 2 different kinds but maybe they'd let you do more? I'm not sure. I'd recommend the sweet and candied ones. The savory are good however I feel like you can get similar flavors in the grocery store. We got the Bourbin Street, Buffalo, Cinnabon (my absolute favorite!!), Snickers, and a mixture of the Blackberry with Bavarian Cream. Please stop by when you're in town!! read more

I DO NOT recommend stopping in this location. This place deserves NO STARS but the option was not available therefore I HAD to give them ONE star. My daughter wanted a snack so we stepped in and we're not greeted nor acknowledged by the lady behind the counter. She made me and my daughter feel non existent. I ended up leaving the treats my daughter picked in the counter and walked out. This little store wasn't worth our business. I'm bummed We had a little couple's mini vacay this weekend (2/17/19) we were so looking forward to trying this place. Sevierville/Pigeon Forge was so busy but we braved the traffic and headed out and on the way back to our hotel (the first hotel in Pigeon Forge coming from Gatlinburg) this Popcorn on my list of things to do! But, we pulled in and it was like a ghost town at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. It was cold, rainy, and windy and we didn't get out and try the door but The little popcorn shop was dark and no open sign displayed, so we cruised on by and back on the road. Later that night I wanted to check to see if they would be open Sunday and the website said they were open and had been open all day when we had visited. Please if you're the owner and see this article, if you were open I do believe people assumed you were closed due to the darkness and no sign. I hope you brighten up the place maybe with a neon open light or big open sign I want to eat yummy corn next time I visit and will definitely reflect that in a follow up review! read more

This place is so much FUN. I am a huge popcorn lover, and the staff was friendly and eager to indulge my curiosity to answer all of my questions about how their popcorn is made. They make all of their flavorings on the premise, which I really think makes their end product top tier. You can taste how fresh each batch is. What's fun is that they encourage you to try different flavors *together*, even if one of those flavors wasn't for you. I tried the dill pickle by itself (which tastes just like it sounds!), but it was a little strong for my palate. However, Nancy encouraged me to try it again, but this time, with vanilla popcorn as well. Thought it sounded crazy, but lo and behold, she was right. The popcorn does in fact tastes great, however, the customer service is terrible. I shipped two gifts from them. One was still not sent over a week later and when I called about it, they said they would ship it out overnight as it was a problem with their "new" ordering system. Three days later it is still not there. I followed up with them yet again on the order and they said they decided to not ship it out overnight as it was too expensive and then (purposefully) hung up. They will never again get my business due to poor customer service and the classless way they handled my orders. I encourage you to think twice before ordering online. read more
